مقوّمات علم النفس الاجتماعي في الشريعة الإسلامية

الملخص
يدرس هذا البحث الأسس الشرعية لعلم النفس الاجتماعي، ويهدفُ إلى التعريف بهذا الفرع من فروع علم النفس، وبيان أسسه في الشريعة الإسلامية؛ وذلك ببيان اهتمامها بتنظيم سلوك الفرد من خلال الدمج الاجتماعي، كما يهدفُ إلى بيان مدى تأثير العلاقات الاجتماعية والأعراف على سلوك الفرد من وجهة نظر الشريعة الإسلامية، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أنّ علم النفس الاجتماعي فرع من فروع علم النفس يهتم بالدراسة العلمية لعلاقة سلوك الفرد بالمؤثرات الاجتماعية المحيطة به، وقد اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية بالعلاقات الاجتماعية، وذلك لتفعيل التأثير المجتمعي على الفرد تفعيلا إيجابيا، وبيّنت أن لهذا التأثير انعكاسًا واضحًا على سلوك الفرد، كما اعتمدت الشريعة الإسلامية في أصول عديدة منها، وبناءً على عدّة اعتبارات على التأثير المجتمعي في تقويم السلوك ودمج الأفراد وإصلاحهم. This research studies the legal foundations of social psychology. It aims to introduce this branch of psychology, and to explain its foundations in Islamic Sharia; this is a statement of its interest in regulating the behavior of the person through social integration. It also aims to statement the extent effect of the social relations and norms on the behavior of the person from the point of view of Sharia. Among the most important results of the research is that social psychology is a branch of psychology concerned with the scientific study of the relationship of a person's behavior with the social influences surrounding him. Islamic Sharia has been concerned with social relations, in order to activate the societal influence on the person in a positive activate, and it has shown that this influence has a clear reflection on the person’s behavior. In addition, Sharia adopted in many origins, and based on several considerations on the societal influence in evaluating behavior and integrating and reforming persons
