The Journal of Legal and Political Researches is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, Bi-annual and free of charge, open-access journal published by both the Laboratory of Studies and researches on the colonial massacres and Laboratory of The application of modern technologies to the law, at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences -Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Setif 2 University-, Algeria. The journal focuses on the following topics: Law, Political Sciences and international relations, sharia law, public Administration. It provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. The journal carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest researches and developments in practical aspects of Law and Political Sciences. The journal is published in both print and online versions. The journal is free access and download. All contributions from academics and research students in related disciplines from around the world are welcome.

تتشرف هيئة تحرير مجلة الأبحاث القانونية والسياسية الصادرة عن كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية جامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف2 أن تدعو كافة الأساتذة والباحثين وطلبة الدكتوراه من داخل الوطن وخارجه المختصين في مجال القانون والعلوم السياسية والمجالات ذات الصلة، إلى تقديم مساهماتهم البحثية باللغة العربية أو الفرنسية أو الانجليزية لنشرها ضمن المجلد 6، العدد 2 (العدد التسلسلي 11) سبتمبر 2024. وذلك من خلال رابط المجلة في المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP

الملخص: إن مستقبل إسرائيل مرهون بالتطورات الخارجية والداخلية على حدٍ سواء فيما يرتبط بهويتها، ينظر الغرب لإسرائيل على أنها امتداد للحضارة الأوروبية الغربية، وبالتالي فإن هويتها من المنظور الخارجي، على أنها مستعمرة أو جيب أبيض سيظل مرتبطًا بالغرب وخاضعٌ لتوجهاته وتطوراته. وفي المنطقة العربية ينظر إليها على أنها دولة استعمارية صهيونية معادية قامت على أنقاض الشعب الفلسطيني، ولا زالت تشكل خطرًا على المنطقة العربية، وبالتالي فإن المحيط العربي يرفض مبدأ التسليم ببقائها لأنها لا تنتمي إلى المحيط العربي. The future of Israel depends on both external and internal developments in relation to its identity, The West views Israel as an extension of Western European civilization, and therefore its identity from an external perspective, as a colony or a white enclave, will remain linked to the West and subject to its trends and developments. In the Arab region, it is seen as a hostile Zionist colonial state that was established on the ruins of the Palestinian people, and it still poses a threat to the Arab region, therefore, the Arab environment rejects the principle of accepting its survival because it does not belong to the Arab-Islamic environment
