الحلول الشرعية النظرية والعملية في حالة الغلاء وضعف القدرة الشرائية The Theoretical And Practical Legal Solutions In The Case Of High Prices And Weak Purchasing Power

الملخص
يدرسُ هذا البحثُ ظاهرة من الظواهر السلبية التي تصيب المجتمعات بين الحين والآخر، وهي ظاهرة غلاء الأسعار، ويهدفُ البحث إلى بيان الحلول الشرعية النظرية والعملية لمجابهة حالة الغلاء، كما يهدفُ إلى بيان حكم التسعير في الفقه الإسلامي، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن الحلول النظرية للغلاء تتمثل في التوكل على الله، والاستغفار، والصبر، وتذكير التجار بالرفق ونصحهم، والحلول العمليّة تتمثل في ترك السلع الغالية حتى ترخص، أو استبدالها بما يعوضها، كما أنّ التسابق للشراء في حالة الغلاء وتكديس السلع خشية زيادة الغلاء ظاهرة سلبية تزيدُ من جشع التجار ولا تحل المشكلة. This research studies one of the negative phenomena that afflict societies from time to time, which is the phenomenon of high prices. The research aims to explain the theoretical and practical legal solutions to confront the situation of high prices. It also aims to explain the pricing ruling in Islamic jurisprudence. One of the most important findings of the research is that the theoretical solutions represented in trust in God, seek forgiveness, patience, and reminding merchants of kindness and advising them. As for the practical solutions are to leave expensive goods until cheap, or to replace them with what they are compensated for. In addition, the race to buy in the case of high prices and the accumulation of goods for fear of increasing the price is a negative phenomenon that increases the greed of traders and does not solve the problem
