الملخص
تضمّنَ هذا البحثُ وصفًا وتقديمًا لمخطوط "بلوغُ الإِرْبِ لِذَوي القُرْبِ" لأبي الإخلاص حسن الشرنبلالي الحنفي (ت:1069هـ)، ويتعلق بمسألة النيابة في الحج، وتهدفُ هذه الدراسة إلى المساهمة في إبراز التراث الفقهي الدفين، كما تهدفُ إلى تحقيق هذا المخطوط وإخراجه في بحوث لاحقة إن شاء الله، وقسّمت الدراسة إلى قسمين، الأوّل فيه تعريف بصاحب المخطوط، والثاني فيه وصف وتقديم للمخطوط من ناحية الشكل والمضمون، وذلك باستخدام المنهجين؛ التاريخي والوصفي، ومن أبرز نتائج الدّراسة أنّ بعض المخطوطات صغيرة الحجم تكون كثيرة النفع كرسائل الشرنبلالي، ومن توصياتها العناية بالمخطوطات الصغيرة منها والكبيرة في كل المجالات، وصفًا؛ لإبرازها للقراء، وتحقيقا؛ لإخراج ما تحتويه من نفائس. This research included a description and introduction of the manuscript "Bulour Al-irbi li Thawi Al-qurbi" by Abu Al-Ikhlas Al-Shurenbulali (d:1069 H), and it is about the issue of the behalf in Hajj. This study aims to contribute to highlighting the hidden jurisprudential heritage, as it aims to investigate this manuscript and produce it in subsequent research God willing. The study is divided into two sections; the first introduces the author, the second describes the manuscript in form and substance through historical and descriptive analytical approaches. Among the most prominent results of the study is that some small manuscripts are of great use, such as the letters of Al-Shurenbulali, and among its recommendations is to take care of small and large manuscripts in all fields, with a description for visibility to readers and for investigation to extract the valuables it contains
