الملخص
يجتهد هذا البحث الموسوم ب:«دور التّسامُح اللُّغويّ في تحقيق الأمن الثّقافي وتعزيز ثقافة السلم-نماذج من التلاحم والتداخل في المجتمع الجزائري-»،في رصد مجموعة من الأدوار التي يؤديها التّسامُح اللُّغويّ في تحقيق الأمن الثّقافي وتعزيز ثقافة السلم، وترسيخ قيّم التعايش السلمي والحضاري،كما يُقدم مجموعة من النماذج التي تُبيِّن التلاحم والتداخل اللُّغوي في المجتمع الجزائري، و يُنبه إلى عدة قضايا تتصل بالتعايش اللغوي، ومن أبرزها مظاهر الترابط ، والانسجام بين العربية ، والأمازيغية، وذلك من خلال جملة من السمات المشتركة بين الأمازيغية بشتى لهجاتها الكبرى،واللغة العربية. ويُبرز البحث بعض الصور الناصعة التي تؤكد التّجانس الاجتماعي، والانسجام الجمعي ، و التّماهي مع مُكونات الهُوية الثّقافية للمجتمع الجزائري، والتّماسك من أجل تعزيز المُساهمة الفاعلة ، والفعّالة في مختلف جوانب التّنمية، حيث إن اللغة بوصفها حدثاً تواصلياً تؤسّس النشاط الإنساني الاجتماعي، وتتوسّطه . Research Summary: This research entitled: “The role of linguistic tolerance in achieving cultural security and promoting a culture of peace - Models of cohesion and overlap in the Algerian society -” seeks to monitor a set of roles that linguistic tolerance plays in achieving cultural security and promoting a culture of peace, and to consolidate the values of peaceful and civilized coexistence. It also presents a set of models that show the linguistic cohesion and overlap in the Algerian society, and points out several issues related to linguistic coexistence, the most prominent of which are the aspects of interdependence and harmony between Arabic and Amazigh, through a set of common features between Berber in all its major dialects and the Arabic language . The research highlights some bright images that confirm social homogeneity, collective harmony, identification with the components of the cultural identity of the Algerian society, and cohesion in order to enhance the active and effective participation in various aspects of development, as the language as a communicative event establishes and mediates human social activity.
