الملخص: لا جرم أن العملية التواصلية لا يُكتب لها النجاح إذا لم تتوفر على شروط إحداثها، فبفضلها يحدث التفاعل بين المرسل والمتلقي، ويتمّ بالضّرورة تبادل الآراء والأفكار والمعلومات والمشاعر والنّوايا من شخص إلى آخر، والهدف من ذلك تقريب المعاني من تشكيلات المباني، لكن الأصوات المنطوقة تمارس حرية أكبر من الخطابات المكتوبة، فالصوت جزء من الكلمة واختلاف صوت واحد يؤدي لا محالة إلى اختلاف المعنى لأن الدلالة الصوتية تَحدث عندما تتألف هذه الأجزاء المتمثلة في الصوامت مُشكّلة بذلك الكلمات، ومن الكلمات تتشكل الجمل، وفي أدائها الصوتي تتشكل الدلالة الحاملة للمعنى. وعليه جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل البحث في أسس التلوينات الصوتية عند مكي درار، والتي حسبه أنها تؤدي إلى تحسين المباني وتنويع المعاني، وأنّ من أسباب التنوع في المعاني والدلالي هو التنويع الصّوتي لمرسل الرسالة.

Sociolinguistic phenomena in Algerian Arabic/French speech community

Résumé: Sociolinguistic phenomena are the outcomes of language contact situations which are the main characteristics of the Algerian speech community. This article deals with the different linguistic occurrences spreading from bilingualism; such as borrowing, code switching, and code mixing. Yet linguists and other researchers hold opposing views in their approaches and distinction between the three concepts. The methodology was based on the recordings of men and women natural conversations from different ages in Tlemcen city. The results exemplify many instances of borrowing like nouns, verbs, and adjectives, three types of code switching, and cases of code mixing.

الملخص: الترجمة السياحية بين اللغتين العربية والفرنسية موضوع سلطنا من خلاله الضوء على إشكالية ترجمة الدليل السياحي الجزائري في ظل مجتمع يعاني من ازدواجية لغوية، نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان عوائق الترجمة السياحية عند الانتقال من لغة⁄ثقافة إلى لغة⁄ثقافة أخرى مركزين في ذلك على مجموعة من الأدلة السياحية المترجمة. توصلنا في هذا البحث إلى نتيجة يمكن تلخيصها فيما يلي: للترجمة بشكل عام دور فعال في رفع السياحة، وجذب السياح لذلك يتطلب من القائمين عليها الاهتمام بالبعدين اللغوي والثقافي أثناء ممارسة المهام.

الملخص: للشيخِ البشير الإبراهيميِّ طرائق تواصليَّة خاصة تُخوِّلهُ استهدافَ كلَّ شرائِح المُجتمعِ الجزائريِّ، وهذا بُغيةَ تحسيسِها بالخطرِ الدَّاهمِ عليها والآتي من برامج المستعمر الفكريَّة والثقافيَّة والتي تستهدف سلخهُ وتطويعهُ وهذا حتَّى يتنازلَ عن مشروعيةِ الحريَّةِ، والمطالبةِ بالاستقلالِ التام عن فرنسَا، وقد ارتأينا أن نسم مركزيَّة بحثِنا بالتواصليَّة وهذا نظيرَ نَجاعةِ هذهِ الآليةِ في ترصيصِ المجتمعِ الجزائريِّ وتغذيتِهِ بالأطروحاتِ الإصلاحيَّة التي تتعلق بالأسرةِ والدين، والفكرِ والتَّعليمِ، فقد نالَ البشيرُ الإبراهيميِّ ناصيَةَ اللغة ومنازلَ البلاغةِ المثمرةَ، ومقاصدِ الخطابِ التواصليِّ وأسلوبِهِ التأثيريِّ التواصليِّ مَا مكَّنَهُ من تأسيسِ اتجاه إصلاحيِّ في غايةِ التنظيمِ.

Charlotte Perkins Gilman against Chauvinism depicted in her work "The Yellow Wallpaper"

Résumé: Abstract: Through hard times, one can be creative. Charlotte Perkins is a writer, a feminist and an activist. Though she has a decent place in society, she has many struggles. In her pregnancy, she has suffered the baby blue as a postpartum depression. Her male doctor has advised her to try the rest cure. The author has written the Yellow Wallpaper as a reaction to the personal experience she had. In her story "the Yellow Wallpaper", Charlotte Perkins has attempted to show how women are depicted in the late 1960s. The present study aims to analyse the Yellow Wallpaper from the feminists points of view, and how the author has shown the discrimination she has been facing. The research tends to highlight how females have tried to survive in a patriarchal society where their voice was not even heard.

الملخص: الفن هو الطريقة التي يعبر بها الناس والأمم والحضارات عن أنفسهم، وقد تشكلت تجربة صناعة الأفلام في لبنان بشكل مختلف عن تجربة الدول العربية الأخرى ذات الصناعات السينمائية الكبيرة، ومع ذلك، كانت هذه التجربة نتيجة للاختلاف في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية التي عاش فيها لبنان. في الستينيات، ازدهرت صناعة السينما اللبنانية مع تطور الاقتصاد اللبناني. وفي السبعينيات، كان هذا القطاع في ورطة مالية بسبب تدهور الاقتصاد نتيجة الحراك السياسي وعدم الاستقرار. ومع ذلك، شهد هذا العقد تشكيل مجال سينمائي تعامل مع البيئة الاجتماعية والبنية السياسية في لبنان، مما أفسح المجال للعديد من المخرجين الموهوبين. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص آثار رحلة مغامرة السينما اللبنانية بين عامي 1929 و 1979. Abstract: Art is a form of expression for individuals, nations, and civilizations. Lebanon's experience in film production has taken shape in a distinctive manner compared to other Arab countries with major film industries. However, this experience was a result of the unique economic and socio-political life in Lebanon. During the 1960s, the Lebanese film industry developed alongside the growth of the country's economy. During the 1970s, political upheaval and instability led to an economic downturn, causing financial challenges for the industry. Nevertheless, this decade witnessed the formation of a cinema field that engaged with Lebanon's social environment and political structure, paving the way for many talented filmmakers. This study aims to examine the traces of the journey of Lebanese cinema between 1929 and 1979.

الملخص: تهدف مقاربتنا إلى الوقوف عند مشكّل الحوار المونولوجي الذي تنبني عليه غالب النّصوص المسرحية الجزائرية، وقد تتكئ عليه لتوصيف الواقع غير الثابت وبمختلف دقائقه، كما وقد تتوسّله لتمرير عديد الرسائل النقدية التي تحمل في طياتها جملة من الأفكار والرّؤى الراغبة في تغيير الوضع السائد، أو التعبير عن هواجس الأنا الجزائرية، فالمسرحية الجزائرية التي انتقيناها للدراسة –الهارب- للطاهر وطار تستدعي قضايا الراهن السّياسي وكثيراً من الأحداث التاريخية والاجتماعية؛ وتربطه بمسألة وجود الإنسان وطبيعة علاقته مع المحيط الخارجي من أفراد ومؤسّسات، فتُستنطق المكامن وتسبر الأغوار فيسهم بذلك المونولوج في تشكيل النص المسرحي وتحديد توجّهاته بالتركيز على ما تريد الشخصية ألا تفصح عنه، وتحتفظ به لبواعث داخلية راجعة إلى طبيعة شخصيتها أو لعوامل خارجية قد تمنعها من التمرد أو الجهر بوجهات نظرها. كلمات مفتاحية: الواقعية، المسرحية، المونولوج، الحوار، الجمالية، الوجود. Abstract: The present addresses the prevalent use of monological dialogue in Algerian theatrical texts, with a specific focus on its significance and implications. The chosen play for examination, "The Fugitive" by Taher Wafra, serves as a model illustrating the utilization of monologue to depict the unstable reality and convey critical messages embedded with ideas and visions seeking to instigate change or express the obsessions of the Algerian psyche. The play delves into contemporary political issues, historical events, and social dynamics, intertwining them with questions of human existence and the nature of relationships with the external environment, encompassing individuals and institutions. The exploration of secrets and the probing of depths contribute to shaping the theatrical text, determining its directions by highlighting what characters deliberately withhold, driven by internal motivations or external factors hindering them from expressing dissent or articulating their perspectives.

الملخص: أدى النشاط اللساني الغربي المتزايد الى تراكم معرفي ضخم ومتنوع بتعدد الاتجاهات البحثية في اللسانيات الغربية وعلى إثره ظهر اتجاه يهتم بمعالجة هذه المعلومات وتقديمها للقارئ العربي إذ يعد مصطفى غلفان واحدا من أبرز الأسماء العربية في هذا الاتجاه و لأن اللسانيات الحديثة علم غربي المنشأ فإن تقديم النظريات والمبادئ والمناهج الجديدة التي يقوم عليها هذا العلم للقارئ العربي أصبح ضرورة لابد منها في الثقافة العربية إذ يساهم ذلك في خلق وعي لغوي جديد يتواكب مع التطورات الحديثة في هذا المجال مما يعطي دفعا للثقافة اللغوية العربية التي تهدف إلى تأسيس ثقافة لغوية رصينة ومعاصرة.

الملخص: يُعدّ المصطلح عاملا مهما في ميدان الدرس اللساني الغربي والعربي ووسيلة من وسائل التعبير عن المفاهيم و التصورات، التي تظهر في حقل اللسانيات و فروعها إن التقدم السريع الذي عرفته الحضارة اليوم أدى إلى زخم كبير في المفاهيم مما دفع العلماء إلى الاهتمام بالنظرية الاصطلاحية لإيجاد المصطلحات لهذه المفاهيم. لقد شهد القرن الماضي ظهور علم جديد في حقل الدراسات اللغوية العربية، عرف هذا العلم باسم " اللسانيات " مما اقتضى الأمر بيان حدوده وإنشاء مصطلحات خاصة به ذلك أن "المصطلح اللساني" ومن الذين أسهموا في إعادة بعث اللسانيات التراثية إلى الواقع الحديث وسيروا المصطلح اللساني العربي نحو الحداثة والتجديد اللغوي "عبد السلام المسدي". نروم في ورقتنا البحثية باعتبارها دراسة تطبيقية إلى الكشف عن الخصوصية أو الطريقة التي تميز بها " عبد السلام المسدي" عن غيره . The term is an important factor in the field of Western and Arabic linguistic study and a means of expressing concepts and perceptions that appear in the field of linguistics and its branches. The rapid progress that civilization has witnessed today has led to a great momentum in concepts, which has prompted scholars to pay attention to terminological theory to find terms for these concepts. . The last century witnessed the emergence of a new science in the field of Arabic linguistic studies. This science was known as “linguistics,” which required clarifying its limits and creating its own terminology. “Linguistic terminology” was among those who contributed to the resurrection of traditional linguistics into the modern reality and popularized the Arabic linguistic terminology. Towards Modernity and Linguistic Renewal “Abdul Salam Al-Masdi”. In our research paper, as an applied study, we aim to reveal the peculiarity or the way in which “Abdul Salam Al-Masdi” is distinguished from others.

These poets were keen to employ it in their poems to serve their opinions , goals and try to convey ideas to the recipient in order to convince him; perhaps the position of the symbol between the intention of the poet and the acceptability of the reader , formed a new pattern for us in constructing the reading of the poetic text. الملخص: لطالما كانت الطبيعة الملهم الأول للإنسان البدائي أو الإنسان الأول والذي حاول بشتى الطرق فهمها خوفا تارة درء لأذاها وتعبدا تارة أخرى ،لذلك كان السحر والدين على حد سواء ثنائيتان توأمتان استعان بهما هذا الأخير لفهم حياته وتيسيرها في الوقت الذي غاب فيه التفسير العلمي الدقيق. وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى الكشف عن مواطن الدين البدائي الذي تحول مع الوقت إلى مجموعة من الممارسات العقائدية، وطقوس استنزال المطر موضوع الدراسة كانت ولا زالت النموذج الأول الذي لا بد من البحث عن أصوله التاريخية لفهم رموزها وأبعاد ممارساتها وتأويلاتها. Nature has always been the primary inspiration for primitive man or the first man, who tried in various ways to understand it, sometimes out of fear to ward off its ears and worshiping excitement at other times. Therefore, magic and science were both twin dualities that the latter used to understand and facilitate his life at a time when accurate scientific explanation was absent, and on this basis. This research study aims to reveal the aspects of primitive religion that transformed over time into a group of doctrinal practices, and the rain-dropping rituals that are the subject of the study were and still are the first model whose historical origins must be researched to understand its symbols and the dimensions of its practices and interpretations.

إسهامات علماء السودان الغربي في الدراسات اللغوية و القرآنية " الشيخ المغيلي أنموذجا "

الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة ما تيسر من إسهامات وجهود علماء السودان الغربي في الدراسات القرآنية واللغوية، وذكرا لأهم العلماء العاملين في هذا المجال، وركزنا من خلالهم على مصباح من مصابيح العلم في الجزائر العلامة الجليل واللغوي الشيخ محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي الذي ظلّت إسهاماته العلمية شاهدة على سعة جهوده وعلمه في مختلف فنون العلم، بما فيها مجالي الدراسة . This study dealt with the contributions and efforts of Western Sudanese scholars in Qur’anic and linguistic studies, and mentioned the most important scholars working in this field. الملخص: استطاع الشعراء المعاصرون أن يعطوا القصيدة العربية امتدادا تاريخيا وحضاريا في سياق موحّد لأزمنة مختلفة، وأن يوسّعوا مساحة معرفتنا الجمالية بالشكل الشعري الجديد من خلال توظيف الأساطير القديمة، والأسطورة التّموزية على وجه الخصوص، فجعلوها إرثا حاضرا في الشعر العربي المعاصر، ومعادلا فنيا لمعاناتهم الانسانية في ظلّ واقع عربي متأزّم، فتفهموا أبعادها وقضاياها الأساسية في إطار مرجعيات أكثر ثباتا وديمومة كصراع الجفاف والخصب، الحرية والعبودية... وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتكشف عمّا جاء في المنجز الشعري عند أهم خمس شعراء وظفوا أسطورة تموز، فإلى أي مدى أثرت هذه الاخيرة في تكوين شخصيتهم الفنية؟ وكيف كان توظيفهم لها في الشعر؟ Contemporary poets have ingeniously bestowed upon Arabic poetry a rich historical and cultural continuum within the unifying tapestry of various epochs. They expand our aesthetic views by skillfully integrating ancient myths, especially the Tammuz myth, into contemporary Arabic poetry, transforming it into a powerful tool for expressing human experiences in the intricate Arab society. By comprehending its multi-dimensional aspects through stable and enduring frameworks—such as the perennial struggle between drought and fertility, freedom and servitude—they delve into the core challenges of existence. This study explores: How does the Tammuz myth influence the artistic identities and creative expressions of poets? And what significance does it hold within the realm of poetry?

الملخص: ترصد هذه الدّراسة صورة «الأنا والآخر» بمختلف تمظهراتها، في رحلة «الطّاهر بن عيشة»، الموسومة بـــ «أيام مع المسلمين السّوفيات»؛ ففي رحلته هذه زار ثلاثة بلدان سوفياتية آسيوية، ليرسم صورة لأناه، وصورة للآخر على تعدّده وتنوعه. فلهذه الدّراسة -إذن- أهمية في الكشف عن مختلف تجليات الصّورة في عمل رحليّ لرحالة جزائريّ، طاله الإهمال على مدار ما يزيد عن ثلاثة عقود. وعليه تدخل هذه الدّراسة في إطار محاولة نفض الغبار عن أعماله المهمشة. كما تسعى إلى المساهمة في ردّ الاعتبار لقامة من قامات الفكر والثّقافة الجزائرية. This study spots the light on the image of “the ego and the other” in its various manifestations, in the journey of “Tahar Benaicha,” that is entitled “Days with the Soviet Muslims.” On this trip, he visited three Soviet Asian countries, to draw an image of his ego, and an image of the other in all his multiplicity and diversity. This study is therefore important in revealing the various manifestations of the image in a travelogue by an Algerian traveller, which has been neglected for more than three decades. Accordingly, this study tends to shaking the dust off his marginalized works. It also seeks to contribute in restoring the reputation of one of the Algerian pillars of thought and culture.

The Concise History of African Literature

Résumé: Traditionally, Africans do not separate art from teaching. They use art to communicate important facts and information to society. In this respect, African literature falls within the category of art that concerns itself with reflecting and refracting the socio-political activities of the nation. In dealing with plights of the masses, African writers have enlarged the scope of their novels thematically speaking. Accordingly, readers are usually struck by the vagueness and difficulty of the political messages that African writers convey throughout their works. This paper examines the long and complex history of African literature and shows interest in its evolution from pre-colonial to colonial and postcolonial phases. It considers African literature a good terrain where the political seeds have always been sowed by its committed writers who align themselves with the struggles of Africans for a meaningful national ideal.

الملخص: لطالما كانت الرحلة محل اهتمام الرحالة والباحثين، سواء من حيث الكتابة أو البحث فيها؛ ولقد دونت الرحلة شعرا ونثرا، باعتبارها نمطا سرديا فعّالا،من هنا سيتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة سردية الرّحلة في الشعر الجزائري القديم، متمثلين القصيدة الحجازية للورجلاني كعيّنة للبحث، محاولين الإجابة على السؤال التالي: كيف تجلى السرد الرحلي في القصيدة الحجازية للورجلاني؟ معلومٌ أنّ السرد يبنى على مجموعة من العناصر الأساسية،سيحاول البحث الوقوف عليها في القصيدة، ومن خلال ذلك سنجيب على سؤال الإشكال المطروح سلفا. على اعتبار أنّ نص الورجلاني قيد الدّراسة، بداية، قد انطوى على مجموعة من تلك العناصر التي تؤلف بنية النص الرحلي في مكوناته السردية. Abstract: Travelers and scholars have long been fascinated by the Journey, whether in terms of literature or study. The Trip was wellnarrated in poetry and prose. This researchwill examine the story of the voyage in ancient Algerian poetry, using Al-HijaziWargelani'spoem as a researchsample, in an effort to answer the following question. How does the nomadicstorytellingrevealitself in Al-HijaziWargelani'spoem? It isknownthat the narration isbuilt on a set of fundamentalfeatures, which the researchwillattempt to find in the poem; by doingso, wewillbe able to answer the first question. Consideringthat the studiedtext of Al-Wargelaniinitiallycomprised a collection of the structural featuresthat comprise the narrative components of the nomadictext.

الملخص: ملخص: لقد تعرض ابن قيم الجوزية في كتابه: بدائع الفوائد لأهم باب من أبواب علم النحو العربي، وهو نظرية العامل، التي بنى عليها النحاة قاطبة صرح النحو العربي أصولا وفروعا، حيث تطرق إلى قسم منها وهو عمل حروف المعاني، وبين لنا مفهوم العمل، ومفهوم حروف المعاني، و عملها، والحروف العاملة و الحروف التي سلب منها العمل، وأسباب العمل وشروطه، ومنها: الاقتضاء والتعلق، والوقف عليها و عدم الانقطاع والأثر النحوي الظاهر في التركيب. كل هذه المسائل ذكرها بأسلوب علمي أصولي نحوي، يتميز بالدقة في اختيار المصطلح، والاختصار في كثير من المسائل، مع الاستشهاد والتمثيل، وعدم التعرض للاختلاف والتفصيل فيه في كثير من قضاياه إلا من مسألة أو مسألتين، في باب (ما) الحجازية، و (لا) النافية، وباب النداء والاستثناء، فقد ذكر عبارة اختلفوا، ولم يذكر هذا الاختلاف ولم يفصل فيه. هذا أهم المسائل التي بسطها ابن قيم الجوزية في هذا الباب. Abstract: Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya, in his book: Bada'i al-Fawaid, discussed one of the most important elements of Arabic grammar, which is the theory of factors, on which grammarians have built the edifice of Arabic grammar. He touched on one part of it, which is the work of the letters of meaning, and explained to us the concept of function and the concept of letters. The meanings, their function, the letters that have a function and the letters that do not, the reasons for functioning and its conditions, including: necessity and attachment, cessation and non-interruption and the apparent grammatical effect in composition. All these issues have been mentioned in a scientific, fundamental and grammatical style, characterised by accuracy in the choice of term, brevity in many topics, with quotation and representation, and by not disagreeing and detailing it in many points, with the exception of one or two issues, in the chapter on (ma) Hijazia, and (la) of negation, as well as the chapter on appeal and exception. He mentioned the expression "they disagreed", but he did not mention this disagreement and did not elaborate on this point. These are the most important issues explained by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya in this chapter.

الملخص: الهدف من هذه الدراسة ليس تحديد المفاهيم بل هو بالأحرى استجواب الأفكار والممارسات، وجعلها إشكالية من أجل تقوية فهمنا لأهمية حفظ التراث الرقمي الذي يستحق اليوم أن يصبح أكثر أهمية لأنه تسجيل للبيئة الرقمية التي انتجته وإذا ضاع لا يمكن استرجاعه. نسعى إلى التأكيد على أن التراث الرقمي لا ينبغي أن يكون أي شيء يمكن أرشفته رقميًا ولكن ما يستحق أن ينتقل إلى الأجيال القادمة. خلصت الدارسة إلى أن تحديات حفظ التراث الرقمي لا يمكن التغلب عليها إلا إذا تظافرت الجهود ووفرت لها الظروف الملائمة والاهم من ذلك الوعي والسعي الدؤوب للحفاظ على ما تم إنشاؤه في البيئة الرقمية، خاصة ما تعلق منه بالهوية والثقافة التي يجب ان نوصلها الى الأجيال اللاحقة، في سياقها وبكل ما تحتويه. وعلى هذا الأساس يعد التراث الرقمي علم من العلوم الإنسانية والغاية من دراسته فهم وظيفته الاجتماعية في حياة الفرد الذي عبر من خلاله عن تطلعاته في البيئة الرقمية التي افرزتها الثورة التكنولوجية. The aim of this study is not to define concepts but rather to interrogate ideas and practices, and make them problematic in order to strengthen our understanding of the importance of preserving digital heritage, which today deserves to become more important because it is a recording of the digital environment that produced it and if lost it cannot be retrieved. We seek to emphasize that digital heritage should not be anything that can be digitally archived but that which is worth passing on to future generations. The study concluded that the challenges of preserving digital heritage cannot be overcome unless efforts are combined and appropriate conditions are provided for them. Most importantly, awareness and relentless pursuit to preserve what has been created in the digital environment, especially with regard to identity and culture that we must pass on to subsequent generations, in context and all that it contains. On this basis, digital heritage is a human science, and the purpose of its study is to understand its social function in the life of the individual through which he expressed his aspirations in the digital environment created by the technological revolution.

Abstract: Critical studies have witnessed an amazing development, each time trying to present a reading activity aimed at understanding the creative achievement, and with the emergence of post-modernist philosophies, every aesthetic artistic text has hidden something other than what it appears, and all of this is due to the activation of the mechanisms of identification and puns to fill its text with cultural patterns, which is what I sensed it in the novel “Season of Migration to the North” by its author, Tayeb Salih, as a model for the contemporary Arabic novel.
