نوعية الحياة وعلاقتها بالاكتئاب لدى مرضى التصلب اللويحي -دراسة ميدانية بمدينة الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى نوعية الحياة ومستوى الاكتئاب والكشف عن العلاقة بينهما لدى مرضى التصلب اللويحي، وكذا الفروق في مستوى نوعية الحياة تبعا لمتغير (الجنس، مدة الإصابة بالمرض، الحالة الاجتماعية)، وبتطبيق مقياس نوعية الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة SF-36 ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب على عينة متكونة من (52 ) مريض بالتصلب اللويحي (15 ذكور و 37 إناث) بمدينة الجزائر، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن مستوى متوسط في درجة نوعية الحياة لدى عينة الدراسة وكذا مستوى متوسط في درجة الاكتئاب، كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين نوعية الحياة والاكتئاب لدى مرضى التصلب اللويحي بمعامل ارتباط قدره (-0.537)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في نوعية الحياة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وأخيرا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في نوعية الحياة تبعا لمتغير مدة الإصابة بالمرض و الحالة الاجتماعية. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of quality of life and the level of depression and to reveal the relationship between them in patients with multiple sclerosis, as well as differences in the level of quality of life depending on the variable (gender, duration of the disease, marital status), and by applying the health-related quality of life scale SF-36 and the beck scale of depression to a sample of (52) patients with multiple sclerosis (15 males and 37 females) In the city of Algiers, The results of the study showed that there is an average level in the quality of life of the study sample as well as an average level in the degree of depression, The results also showed an inverse correlation between the quality of life and depression in patients with multiple sclerosis with a correlation coefficient of (-0.537), and the results showed that there are significant differences in the quality of life depending on the sex variable, and finally, there are no significant differences in the quality of life depending on the variable duration of the disease and marital status).
