توظيف تكنولوجيا الواقع الافتراضي Vr كتقنيات علاجية من الإدمان على المخدرات

الملخص
يكتسب استخدام تقنية الواقع الافتراضي في العلاج إقبالا متزايدا كأحد أنواع العلاج بالتعرض الذي يدخل المريض دون تعريضه للخطر إلى تجربة مشابهة لما يثير قلقه أو خوفه بهدف العلاج. وقد تم استغلالها في علاج الإدمان من المخدرات، ففي ظل وجودهم في مراكز العلاج وإعادة التأهيل كان من الصعب تقدير خطورة الانتكاس، حيث أن المدمنين يعرفون أنهم في مركز للعلاج وأنه لا توجد مخدرات، فتم استخدام هذه التقنية في الدراسات العلمية من خلال تعريضهم إلى بيئة حقيقية للواقع الافتراضي وجعلهم يشعرون أنهم هناك ومعهم المخدر وفي وسط الإغراء للحصول على صورة أوضح وتحسين طرق التدخل، وكذا من أجل رفع مستوى المقاومة وتحصين المدمن أمام المواد المخدرة بمعايشته للموقف وتبني استراتيجيات مواجهة وتفعيلها ضمن الواقع الافتراضي. ونسعى في هذا المقال إلى تقديم صورة شاملة عن هذه التقنية ومجالات تفعيلها وكيفية تطبيقها في مواجهة الإدمان والمخدرات. Abstract: The use of virtual reality technology in therapy is gaining increasing popularity as one of the types of exposure therapy, which introduces the patient without exposing him to an experience similar to that which raises his anxiety or fear for the purpose of treatment. It has been used in drug addiction treatment. During the presence of addicts in treatment and rehabilitation centers, it was difficult to estimate the risk of relapse, as addicts know that they are in a treatment center and that there are no drugs, so this technique was used by exposing them to a real environment of virtual reality and making them feel that they are there and with the drug, to get an image Clarify and improve methods of intervention, and also to raise the level of resistance and immunize the addict in front of narcotic substances by living with the situation and adopting coping strategies and activating them within virtual reality. In this article, we seek to provide a comprehensive picture of this technology, areas of its activation, and how to apply it in the face of addiction and drugs.
