تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية ترجمة شخصية لحاكم من حكام المغرب الأوسط خلال العصر الوسيط، وهو بلكين بن محمد بن حماد بن بلكين الصنهاجي أحد أمراء الدولة الحمادية خلال المدة الزمنية الممتدة بين سنتي (447-454ه /1055-1062م)؛ وذلك من حيث المولد والنشأة. كما تتطرق إلى الدور السياسي لهذا الأمير على رأس هرم سلطة الدولة الحمادية على غرار طبيعة السياسة المنتهجة من طرفه في إدارة شؤون بلاد المغرب الأوسط، وجهوده في ضبط أمن واستقرار الدولة على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي وإستراتيجيته العسكرية في مسعى تقوية الدولة وتأمين مجالها الإقليمي، وطبيعة السياسة الخارجية المنتهجة من طرفه مع الدول الجارة، وكذا مظاهر الصراع العسكري الذي عرفته البلاد في عهده. This research paper deals with the personal translation of one of the rulers of the Central Maghreb during the Middle Ages, namely Belkin bin Muhammad bin Hammad bin Belkin Al-Sanhaji, one of the princes of the Hammadid state during the time period extending between the years (447-454 AH/ 1055-1062 AD). This is based on birth and upbringing. It also addresses the political role of this prince at the top of the pyramid of authority of the Hammadi state, similar to the nature of the policy pursued by him in managing the affairs of the countries of the Middle Maghreb, his efforts to control the security and stability of the state at the internal and external levels, his military strategy in an effort to strengthen the state and secure its regional sphere, and the nature of foreign policy. The policy pursued by him with neighboring countries, as well as the manifestations of the military conflict that the country experienced during his reign.
