التفكير الابتكاري عند المتعلم بين كفاءة الأستاذ لتهيئة الظرف وقدرة التلميذ على الإنتاج

الملخص
يرصد صاحب هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة والتحليل واقع العملية التعليمية-التعلمية من زاوية المعاول الكفيلة بتهيئة الظرف المناسب وتوفير المناخ الأنسب لإتاحة فرص الابداع والابتكار والتميز لدى التلميذ في أطواره التعلمية بالمؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية. وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء بشكل مركز حول المؤهلات الطبيعية التي يحوزها المتعلم وسبل تطويرها وتنميتها في الفضاء التعلمي، وطبيعة المقومات الكفيلة بقيادة التلميذ إلى صناعة ذاته التفكيرية وفرض وجوده الابتكاري على الساحة التعلمية. أمّا في مقابل ذلك، فتزيل هذه الورقة البحثية بعض الحجب عن طبيعة المؤهلات التي تنطق بكفاءة الأستاذ في الادارة المثلى لموارد الكفاءة المبسوطة أمامه، ومجهوده كوسيط لملامسة الغايات التعلمية على متن آلية المقاربة بالكفاءات لاستثمار قدرات التلميذ وتخصيب أرضية التفكير الابتكاري أمامه. This paper aims to investigate, analyze and describe the educational learning process from the perspective of the picks that can create a more conducive climate for the student's innovation, creativity and excellence in all cycles of education in the Algerian learning institutions. This is to be done by shedding light on the natural qualifications of the student and ways of promoting and developing them within the learning environment, and the nature of the features that would lead the student to construct his own thoughts and to make his creativity presence felt on the educational scene ("stage" can also be used here). Cet article étudie la réalité du processus enseignement d'un point de vue des mécanisme premettant d'élaborer les circonstances adéquates afin de permettre aux apprenants de crier dans tout les cycles d'apprentissage en focalisant sur les compétences naturelles chez l'apprenant et les méthodes pour les développer dans l'apprentissage et les éléments conduisant l'apprenant à produire ses pensées et à s'imposer. et montre la compétence de l'enseignant à gérer les capacités de l'apprenant ainsi que son effort comme un intermédiaire qui peut toucher les objectifs d'apprentissage par l'approche par competence.
