الملخص

تطرّق الباحث في متن هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة والتحليل إلى جانب من أساليب العقاب التي اعتمدها المؤدبون والمدرسون بالمغرب الأوسط الزياني ضمن مسعاهم لتقويم سلوك الطفل ومعالجة أخطائه التربوية والخُلقية، وكذا في سبيل تنمية قدراته العلمية وتقوية مادة الرغبة عنده للإقبال على الدرس والاستجابة للنصائح والتوجيهات الموجهة له من جهة، وتأديبه في حال التهاون في طلب العلم والتكاسل والتغافل عن تحصيله من جهة أخرى. كما تضطلع هذه الدراسة -على ضوء ما جادت به علينا المادة المصدرية من عيّنات كاشفة لمظاهر العقوبة المنتهجة وألوان التأديب- بالكشف عن أبرز المخلّفات السلبية التي ترمي بها هذه الأساليب التأديبية وأصناف العقاب المتبع على حياة الطفل سواء ما تعلّق بمسار تنشئته الاجتماعية أو مستويات تحصيله العلمي، بالإضافة إلى محاولة الكشف عن مدى تجاوب الطفل مع أنماط العقاب المنتهج في حقه، من قبيل أسلوب العقاب بالضرب أو الزجر أو التخويف والتهديد والوعيد ونحوها من صنوف العقاب المادي والمعنوي التي سًلِّطت عليه. In thier endeavor to form a serious scientific education for the child, and in order to achieve a positive and effective educational outcome, the education officials in the Middle East during the Ziyani era adopted punishment and censure as a supportive means of strengthening the child's desire to learn, and used them to discipline him if he neglected his duty to seek knowledge and stop his inaction and his poor academic performance. On that basis, this research paper aims at studying and analyzing the censure methods and the types of punishment adopted by the education officials in the Middle East during the Ziyani era, based on the samples revealing the manifestations of that punishment and the censure methods that are found in the source material. This study also discloses the nature of the implications of these disciplinary practices on the child social upbringing and the levels of his educational attainment and
