الملخص

الملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة التركيز على التوجهات الصينية نحو منطقة الشرق الأوسط والتي تعتبر منطقة نفوذ أمريكية بالأساس، وذلك من خلال تبيان أهمية منطقة الشرق الأوسط في المنظور الصيني، وكذا المصالح الصينية في هذه المنطقة مع التركيز على البعد الطاقوي، خاصة في ظل سعي الصيني إلى توسيع مصالحها العالمية، وتوضيح محددات السياسة الصينية الحالية تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط في ظل الفرص القائمة في العلاقات العربية – الصينية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصين تعزز تواجدها في المنطقة على اعتبار أن هذا الإقليم يعتبر بوابة جيواقتصادية وجيواستراتيجية واقعة في نقاط تقاطع مبادرة "الحزام والطريق"، إدراكا منها بأنها أصبحت تشكل المرجع الاقتصادي للتنمية والتحديث في الصين. Abstract: In this study, I attempt to focus on the Chinese orientations towards the Middle East region - essentially an American sphere of influence - showing the importance of the Middle East from the Chinese perspective, as well as Chinese interests in this region with a focus on the energy dimension, especially in light of China's endeavor to expand its interests globally, and to clarify the determinants of the current Chinese policy towards the Middle East in light of the opportunities that exist in Arab-Chinese relations. The study concluded that China may strengthen its presence in the region on the grounds that this region is a geo-economic and geo-strategic gateway located at the intersection points of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Realizing that it has become the economic reference for China's development and modernization.
