الملخص
ملخص: سيتم في هذا الدراسة التركيز على موضوع هام في العلاقات الدولية، وهو إعادة تشكيل النظام الدولي وسعي الصين والقوى الكبرى لإحداث نظام متعدد الأقطاب، وذلك من خلال تبيان المنظور الصيني للتغيرات في النظام الدولي والمطالبة بإعادة تشكيله في ظل تراجع الهيمنة الأمريكية، ووجود بوادر ومؤشرات قد بينت تراجع القوة الأمريكية فعليا وظهور قوى تعديلية مُوازِنة كروسيا والصين، هذه الأخيرة التي حاولت توطين نفوذها ومكانتها على المستوى الدولي خاصة من خلال التموقع في المنظمات الدولية، وتشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن مستقبل النظام الدولي وحقيقة حدوث وإحداث نظام دولي متعدد الأقطاب، متوقف على ما سيُسفر عليه التنافس الأمريكي الصيني في ظل الحرب التجارية بينهما، وعلى ما أحدثته وستُحدِثه جائحة فيروس كورونا في العالم. Abstract: This study examines one of the most important topics in the field of international relations which is the creation of a new world order and a multipolar world, a process in which the emerging powers like China and Russia play a crucial role. Moreover, this study focuses on the Chinese perspective through which it seeks to reshape the current order amidst an apparent decline of the U.S. global power as well as the emergence of other revisionist, non-western, powers like Russia. In the end, this study reaffirm that the future of the current world order depends largely on the outcomes of the covid-19 pandemics and the U.S.-Chinese Strategic competition that has political, economic and military dimensions.
