الملخص
ملخص: يحاجج هذا البحث في إمكانية أن تؤدي أزمة جائحة كورونا إلى إحداث تغيير في هرمية النظام الدولي، وذلك من خلال الوقوف على بعض ملامح ومؤشرات تشكل نظام دولي جديد، في ظل تراجع القوة والهيمنة الأمريكية وصولا إلى جائحة فيروس كورونا وما أحدثته، وكذا التعرف على الاحتمالات الجيوبوليتيكية التي أحدثتها وستحدثها جائحة كورونا في العالم، من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي والإحصائي، وتشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن مستقبل النظام الدولي وحقيقة حدوث تغيير في هرميته متوقف على انعكاس التنافس الأمريكي الصيني وما ستُحدِثه جائحة كورونا التي لم تنتهي بعد في العالم. Abstract: This research paper argues that the Coronavirus pandemic crisis may lead to a fundamental change in the hierarchy of the international system. A fact that is to be depicted through identifying some of the features and indicators of the formation of a new international order, ranging from the decline of the American power and hegemony to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and its multifaceted economic and geopolitical consequences. The results of this study indicate that the future of the international system and any potential shift in its hierarchy mainly depend on the implications of the American-Chinese competition as well as the outcomes of this long-lasting pandemic.
