العنف المدرسي: أسبابه وأشكاله وأساليب مجابهته – دراسة نظرية –

الملخص
ملخص تعد المدرسة البيئة الثانية بعد الأسرة التي يواصل فيها الطفل نموه النفسي و الاجتماعي و إعداده للحياة المستقبلية، فهي تلعب دورا محوريا في المجتمع ولكي تتمكن من أداء وظيفتها التربوية يجب أن تتوفر فيها بيئة آمنة، فالثابت من مختلف الدراسات أن المناخ النفسي و التربوي الايجابي في المدرسة يساعد على النمو النفسي و الاجتماعي و اكتساب الأنماط السلوكية السوية، إلا أن ظاهرة العنف التي تشهدها بعض المدارس قد جعلت منها بيئة غير آمنة، يشعر فيها الطفل بالخوف ينعدم فيها الأمن، فالملاحظ في السنوات الأخيرة تزايد ظاهرة العنف في المؤسسات التربوية تقريبا في كل المجتمعات، مما دفع إلى زيادة الاهتمام بدراسة هده الظاهرة لما لها من تأثيرات سلبية على الفرد والمجتمع ككل. و أصبح من الملاحظ أن مشكلة العنف هده تمس جميع المستويات الدراسية دون استثناء. على هذا الأساس جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية للكشف عن أسباب العنف المدرسي في الجزائر وأهم مظاهره، وما التدابير التي اتخذتها الهيئات المعنية في الدولة الجزائرية للتقليل إن لم نقل الحد من هذه الظاهرة؟ Abstract The school is the second environment after the family in which the child continues his psychological and social development and prepares him for future life, as it plays a pivotal role in society and in order to be able to perform its educational function, a safe environment must be available in it. It is proven from various studies that the positive psychological and educational climate in the school It helps in the psychological and social development and the acquisition of normal behavioral patterns. However, the phenomenon of violence witnessed by some schools has made them an insecure environment, in which the child feels fear and where there is no security. In recent years, it has been noticed that the phenomenon of violence has increased in almost all educational institutions in all societies, Which prompted an increase in interest in studying this phenomenon because of its negative effects on the individual and society as a whole. And it became noticeable that this problem of violence affects all educational levels without exception. On this basis, this scientific paper came to reveal the causes of school violence in Algeria and its most important manifestations, and what measures have been taken by the relevant bodies in the Algerian state to reduce, if not reduce, this phenomenon? Résumé L'école est le deuxième milieu après la famille dans lequel l'enfant poursuit son développement psychologique et social et le prépare à la vie future, car elle joue un rôle central dans la société et pour pouvoir remplir sa fonction éducative, un environnement sûr doit y être disponible. Il est prouvé par diverses études que le climat psychologique et éducatif positif de l'école Elle contribue au développement psychologique et social et à l'acquisition de comportements normaux. Cependant, le phénomène de violence dont certaines écoles sont témoins en a fait un environnement d'insécurité, dans lequel l'enfant ressent de la peur et où il n'y a pas de sécurité. Ces dernières années, on a constaté que le phénomène de la violence s'est accru dans presque tous les établissements d'enseignement de toutes les sociétés Ce qui a suscité un intérêt croissant pour l'étude de ce phénomène en raison de ses effets négatifs sur l'individu et la société dans son ensemble. Et il est devenu évident que ce problème de violence touche tous les niveaux d'enseignement sans exception. Sur cette base, cet article scientifique est venu révéler les causes de la violence scolaire en Algérie et ses manifestations les plus importantes, et quelles mesures ont été prises par les instances compétentes de l'Etat algérien pour réduire, voire réduire, ce phénomène?
