ظهور مجتمع المعرفة في ظل تبني الجودة بالتعليم العالي – عرض تحليلي –

الملخص
الملخص في ظل الثورة المعلوماتية والانفجار المعرفي الذي تشهده البشرية، أصبحت المعرفة عنصرا أساسيا في تطور المجتمعات في شتى المجالات، مما تولد عنه ظهور ما يسمى بمجتمع المعرفة، ومن أجل مسايرة هذه التغيرات كان لزاما على مؤسسات التعليم العالي مواكبة هذه الثورة التكنولوجية وذلك بتبني ما أصبح يعرف بنظام الجودة. وعلى ضوء ذلك نسعى من خلال دراستنا هذه محاولة معرفة علاقة ظهور مجتمع المعرفة بظهور أساليب جديدة في التعليم الجامعي وأهمها نظام الجودة الذي أصبح لا مفر منه من أجل الحصول على مخرجات تمثل رأس المال البشري لتحقيق جودة التعليم، حيث حظيت الجودة باهتمام كبير في معظم دول العالم باعتبارها إحدى الدعامات الأساسية لأنظمة التعليم التي ينبغي عليها مواكبة التغيرات التكنولوجية العالمية والتكيف معها، ونقطة انطلاق الموارد البشرية المؤهلة علمياً للمشاركة في تحقيق التنمية بأبعادها المختلفة، والوصول إلى بناء مجتمع المعرفة. Abstract In light of the information revolution and the explosion of knowledge that humanity is witnessing, knowledge has become an essential element in the development of societies in various fields, which gave rise to the so-called knowledge society, and in order to keep pace with these changes, higher education institutions had to keep pace with this technological revolution by adopting what became known quality system. In light of this, we seek, through this study, to try to find out the relationship of the emergence of the knowledge society to the emergence of new methods in university education, the most important of which is the quality system, which has become inevitable in order to obtain outputs that represent human capital to achieve quality education, as quality has received great attention in most countries of the world. As one of the mainstays of education systems that must keep pace with global technological changes and adapt to them, and a starting point for scientifically qualified human resources to participate in achieving development in its various dimensions, and building a knowledge society.
