الملخص
ملخص: تعرف المنظمات في الوقت الراهن تغيرات كبيرة ناجمة عن العولمة وتطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والانفجار المعرفي الذي صاحبهما مما انعكس على كافة مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وغيرها، حيث أصبح الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري أحد أهم نتائج الثورة العلمية والمعرفية التي يعيشها العالم اليوم. يهدف بحثنا هذا إلى تسليط الضوء على ماهية رأس المال الفكري وتطوره ودوره في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات، كما يهدف إلى إبراز دور الثورة العلمية والمعرفية في بزوغ مفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة وضرورة مواكبة المنظمات المعاصرة للتطورات المعرفية الحاصلة من أجل تحقيق التنافسية. وقد توصلنا إلى أن رأس المال الفكري ومن خلال اقتصاد المعرفة يعتبر أهم اداة تحفيزية للموارد البشرية بالمنظمة في سبيلا تحقيق الريادة والقدرة على التنافسية في عالم اقتصادي شديد المنافسة. Abstract Organizations are currently experiencing major changes resulting from globalization and the development of information technology and the explosion of knowledge that accompanied them, which is reflected in all areas of economic, social, cultural and other life, as interest in intellectual capital has become one of the most important results of the scientific and knowledge revolution that the world is experiencing today. Our research aims to shed light on what intellectual capital is, its development and its role in achieving the competitive advantage of organizations. It also aims to highlight the role of the scientific and knowledge revolution in the emergence of the concept of a knowledge economy and the need for contemporary organizations to keep pace with the knowledge developments taking place in order to achieve competitiveness. We have concluded that intellectual capital, through the knowledge economy, is the most important motivational tool for the human resources of the organization in the way to achieve leadership and competitiveness in a highly competitive economic world.
