الملخص
"لا أريد لمنزلي أن تحيط به الجدران والأسوار من كل جانب ولا أريد لنوافذي أن تسد وتوصد إني أريد لثقافة كل البقاع أن تهب بنسائمها حول داري بأكبر درجة ممكنة من الحرية، ولكنني أرفض أن تعصف رياح الثقافة بقدمي بأي حال من الأحوال". ننطلق من هذه المقولة كمستهل لنؤكد على معتقدنا الذي يحتم علينا أن نؤمن بأن العقلانية والمعرفة، أساس كل التطورات العظمى التي تولد وتنتج مجتمعات معرفية معاصرة، تلك التي مبعثها العقل البشري بعيدا كل البعد عن تلك العتبة التي تفصل بين الأنا والآخر، من هنا وفي ضل توسع استخدام الشبكة العنكبوتية لم يعد هناك أسوار محوطة وحدود تمنعنا من بلوغ المقاصد العرفانية التي نبتغي من خلالها بلوغ الرفعة الفكرية والعلمية التي تتيح لنا تعزيز اللغة العربية في المستعمل الرقمي، الذي أصبح يجسد واجهة عالمية معبرة عن العصرنة والتقدم، وفي ظل هذه المجتمعات المعرفية التي تعمد إلى رقمنة وحوسبة لغاتها، نتساءل عن الكيفية التي تسمح لنا في تخطي العراقيل والتحديات التي تحول دون حوسبة العربية ؟ وكيف نتخطى مسألة المأمول لنبلغ الواقعية والتمثل الوجودي لهذه المسألة التي تعد من أكبر مطامحنا وهي حوسبة اللغة العربية والنهوض بها. The use of the World Wide Web no longer has enclosed walls and borders that prevent us from achieving the intentional purposes through which we seek to achieve the intellectual and scientific elevation that allows us to enhance the Arabic language in the digital user, which has become a global interface expressing modernity and progress, In light of these knowledge societies that deliberately digitize and computerize their languages, we wonder how they allow us to overcome the obstacles and challenges that prevent the computerization of Arabic? How can we overcome the question of the aspirant to reach realism and existential representation of this issue, which is one of our greatest aspirations, which is the computerization and advancement of the Arabic language.
