التّكوين المتخصّص للمعلّم في المسار الجامعي وفق المدخل التّواصلي. Specialized Training For The Teacher In The University Track According To The Communicative Approach

الملخص

يمثّل المعلّم المتركز الأساس في تطبيق المنهاج التّعليمي، وعليه إنّ الاهتمام بتكوينه قبل الخدمة وبعدها مسؤوليّة مهمّة تقع على عاتق المتخصّصين والمختصّين في المنهاج التّعليمي وتعليميّة اللّغات، وعليه تبيّن البحث أنّ برامج التّكوين المتخصّصة لإعداد أستاذ اللّغة العربيّة تفتقر إلى بعض النّقائص وفق مبادئ المدخل التّواصلي، ولذلك نقترح نماذج تقويم حديثة للتّدريس، تجتمع فيها مكوّنات برنامج التّكوين العناصر اللّغوية، والمهاريّة، والشّخصيّة، والثّقافيّة، والاجتماعيّة الحقيقيّة التي تتوافق مع المنهاج المدرّس في المرحلة الابتدائيّة.
