الملخص
تتناول الدراسة البحث في أهم الجهود الدولية المسخرة لمواجهة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر باعتبارها من اهم الجرائم الماسة بالإنسان وبحدود الدول وسيادتها ، ولعل ابرز هذه الجهود تظهر في ما حققته جهود هيئة الامم المتحدة من مساعي في ارساء نصوص دولية تضمن ادمية الانسان وتكريس حقوقه وحرياتها ، ومن جهة أخرى انشاء و تفعيل مؤسسات دولية تسهر على متابعة مجرمي الاتجار بالبشر وتعقب اثارهم The study examines the most important international efforts to confront the crime of human trafficking as one of the most important crimes against humanity and the borders andd sovereignty of states, and perhaps the most prominent of these efforts are reflected in the ones achieved by the United Nations to establish texts to ensure human rights and the consecration of human rights and freedoms, on the other hand. The establishment and activation of international institutions to control the human trafficking criminals and trace their effects.
