الوسائل الدولية والوطنية لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر International And National Means Of Combating Human Trafficking

الملخص
يكتسي موضوع الاتجار بالبشر أهمية بالغة على الصعيدين الدولي والوطني كونه ظاهرة اجرامية استفحلت في السنوات الأخيرة ومست فئة كبيرة من المجتمع خاصة الأطفال والنساء والمستضعفين ،فجند المجتمع الدولي كافة الآليات والوسائل لمجابهته دوليا وداخليا ،ولم يأت ذلك الاهتمام الدولي أو الوطني إلا لما تمثله تلك الجرائم من انتهاكات جسيمة لحريات الأفراد الأساسية وكرامتهم وآدميتهم . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أهم الآليات والوسائل القانونية الدولية والوطنية لمكافحة هذه الجريمة و وضع حد لانعكاسات هذه الظاهرة، وذلك من خلال إبرام جملة من الاتفاقيات الدولية سواء تلك المكرسة لحقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة والمناهضة لأي مساس بالحرية، أو تلك المتخصصة في موضوع الاتجار بالبشر والهادفة إلى منعه وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، والعمل على تفعيل الجهود الدولية بغية اتخاذ أي تدابير من شأنها تكريس التعاون الدولي لمحاربة هذا الفعل الإجرامي The issue of trafficking in human beings is of great importance at the international and national levels as a criminal phenomenon that has arisen in recent years and has affected a large group of society, especially children, women and the vulnerable. The international community has recruited all mechanisms and means to address it internationally and internationally. Only international or national attention has come to the grave violations of individuals' fundamental freedoms, dignity and humanity. This study aims to demonstrate the most important international and national legal mechanisms and means to combat this crime and to put an end to the consequences of this phenomenon. Human rights ", through the conclusion of a number of international conventions, both human rights in general and against any infringement of freedom, or those specializing in human trafficking aimed at preventing, suppressing and punishing it international cooperation to combat this criminal act ".
