تحليل تأثير القطاع الصناعي على الميزان التجاري مع تغير النظام الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية للفترة 1970-2022

الملخص
هدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على نشأة القطاع الصناعي الجزائري والمراحل التي مر بها، وتحليل أثره على الميزان التجاري من خلال تتبع تطور التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية، وإبراز هيكل الميزان التجاري الجزائري للقطاع الصناعي، في محاولة لمعرفة الخلل في هيكل الميزان التجاري الجزائري وتحليل أسباب عجزه، من خلال إبراز مساهمة القطاع الصناعي في حجم الصادرات من جهة، وإبراز عبء هذا القطاع من خلال حجم الواردات من جهة ثانية، حيث تمثلت إشكالية الموضوع حول مدى التغير في تأثير القطاع الصناعي على الميزان التجاري في ظل التحول من نظام اقتصادي إلى آخر تم دراستها من خلال محورين تناولنا فيهما نشأة وتطور القطاع الصناعي وتحليل أثره على الميزان التجاري. وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج مفادها أن القطاع الصناعي لم يرقى للدور المنشأ من أجله كقاطرة للاقتصاد الوطني، و أنه أحد أهم أسباب العجز في الميزان التجاري نظرا للفرق الهائل بين قيمة الواردات وقيمة الصادرات. The aim of this research is to shed light on the emergence of the Algerian industrial sector and the stages it went through, and analyze its impact on the trade balance by tracking the development of Algerian foreign trade, and highlighting the structure of the Algerian trade balance for the industrial sector, in an attempt to find out the imbalance in the structure of the Algerian trade balance and analyze the reasons for its inability, by highlighting the contribution of the industrial sector in the volume of exports on the one hand, and highlighting the burden of this sector through the volume of imports on the other hand, where the problem of the subject was about the extent of the change in the impact of the industrial sector on the trade balance in light of the transition from one economic system to another that has been studied. Through two axes, in which we dealt with the emergence and development of the industrial sector and analyzed its impact on the trade balance. We have reached conclusions that the industrial sector did not live up to the role for which it was established as a locomotive of the national economy, and that it is one of the most important causes of the deficit in the trade balance due to the huge difference between the value of imports and the value of exports.
