فترة الإستقبال من 01 فيفري إلى 30 أفريل 2024.

ملاحظات يجب الإلتزام بها:

إحترام الشروط الشكلية الموضحة في قالب المجلة (مثل نوع الخط، طريقة التهميش الآلية وفق طريقة apa، كتابة المعلومات في الحاشية العلوية والسفلية...إلخ)؛
كتابة المعلومة الضرورية مثل جامعة أو كلية الإنتماء أو المخبر، الإيميل وبلد الإنتماء؛
ترتيب المؤلفين داخل المقال يكون متوافقا مع الترتيب المدرج على المنصة asjp؛

أثر العملات المشفرة على السياسة النقدية

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استشراف ملامح السياسة النقدية للدول والهيئات المالية حيال توسع العملات المشفرة في التعاملات النقدية، وذلك عبر بحث أثرها على مختلف أدوات السياسة النقدية. تبيّن أن استصدار عملات مشفرة سيعزز تحديات السياسة النقدية رغم المكاسب المتوقعة، لدرجة تُفقد البنوك وظيفتها. وأن عرض النقود يجب أن تُراعى عند إصدار أصول رقمية لتجنب التضخم والانكماش بسبب الطبيعة الغير تضخمية لهذه الأصول. كما ستحد من سيطرة البنوك على عمليات السوق المفتوح والسندات الحكومية، وإضعاف أدواتها كسعر إعادة الخصم بفعل تراجع العائدات المالية الفعالة لها.

The effect of the dividends policy on the earnings quality Empirical study on a set of companies listed in the Saudi Stock Exchange during 2017-2021

Résumé: This study aims to examine the effect of the dividends policy on the earnings quality of a sample of 18 companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. To do so, the study relied on building two Panel Data Models, which included the earnings quality as a dependent variable and the dividends policy (the decision of paying the dividends and the dividends ratio) as an independent variable; in addition to some other variables that affect that relation The study concluded that there is no relation between the decision to pay or not to pay the dividends and the earnings quality in the companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange. Besides, there is a direct relation between the dividends ratio and the earnings quality in the companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange

أثر الثّقة التّنظيمية في مشاركة المعرفة لدى موظّفي المؤسّسة الوطنيّة للتّنقيب بحاسي مسعود

الملخص: الغرض من هذه الدّراسة هو معرفة واقع الثّقة التّنظيميّة وتأثيرها في مشاركة المعرفة لدى موظّفي المؤسّسة الوطنيّة للتّنقيب بحاسي مسعود، تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي، واعتمدت على أداة الاستبانة، وقد تَكوّنتْ عيّنة الدّراسة من (84). من أهمّ النّتائج: يوجد أثر للثّقة التّنظيميّة في مشاركة المعرفة بالمؤسّسة محل الدّراسة، بدرجة أهمّية متوسّطة. وتوصي الدّراسة بـ: استغلال ثقة الموظّفين بالإدارة من أجل ترسيخ سلوكيات جيّدة كالثّقة وتشارك المعرفة. The purpose of this study is to find out the state of things about organizational trust and its impact in the sharing of knowledge among employees of the Prospecting National Institution of Hassi Messaoud, The descriptive analytical method was used, relying on the questionnaire tool, and the study sample was consisted of (84). Among the most important results in this article: There is an effect of organizational trust in sharing knowledge to a moderate degree in the institution under study, the study recommends: Staff confidence in management should be used in order to establish good behaviors such as trust and knowledge sharing.

قياس أثر تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة شركات التأمين على جودة التقارير المالية

الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أثر تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة شركات التأمين على جودة التقارير المالية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعداد استبانة وتوزيعها على وكالات شركات التأمين العاملة في كل من ولاية (عين تموشنت، مستغانم، تلمسان، وهران)، حيث بلغ مجموع الاستمارات الموزعة 65 استمارة، تم استرداد 59 استمارة وقبول 54 منها، وتحليلها باستخدام Spss v.26. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة تبني شركات التأمين محل الدراسة مبادئ حوكمة الشركات ووجود أثر ضعيف لتبني هذه المبادئ على جودة التقارير المالية، وذلك من خلال مبدأ وحيد وهو الإفصاح والشفافية. الكلمات مفتاحية: الحوكمة، شركات التأمين، جودة التقارير المالية.

Green economy: Between weak sustainability and strong sustainability

Résumé: This paper aims to present the green economy and to explain why and how this economy plays a role in both types of sustainability proposed by sustainable development. To achieve this, a qualitative method using literature review as a data collection tool was employed. The analyzed literature review highlighted that the first strides of the green economy in economic thought were taken by physiocrats, classics, neoclassicists and heterodoxes. The different perceptions of these economic schools regarding the environment gave rise to two (02) pioneering branches of the green economy, distinguished from each other by their goals and foundations. These branches take the form of the environmental economics based on weak sustainability and the ecological economics based on strong sustainability.

The Role of Diversity Board of Directors and its Social Responsibility in Enhancing the Quality of Reports

Résumé: The research aims to discuss the role of the social diversity of the board of directors and its social responsibility in enhancing the quality of reports to confront the change in the business environment that resulted in deficiencies in their preparation. The research sample included (20) companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. The research concluded that communication between the company and stakeholders was not built on a mutual relationship to achieve the adequacy of information for both parties in making decisions resulting from the quality of information contained in the reports. The research recommends that reports be prepared on the basis of quality management and practice a degree of transparency and integrity that increases its competitiveness through social diversity that enriches the decisions of the board of directors by contributing different viewpoints, skills, values, beliefs and preferences to communicate with the external environment.

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية الحكومية بشركات التأمين العمومية، حيث أجريت الدراسة على الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA، وقد تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي واستخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم استجواب عينة مكونة من (63) فردا من مدراء الوكالات ورؤساء المصالح ونواب رؤساء المصالح بالوكالات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة بعد اختبار الفرضيات إلى أن متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية الحكومية بالشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA تتوافر بدرجة مرتفعة نسبياً. This study aims to know the reality of the requirements for implementing government e-management in the public insurance companies. the study was conducted in the national insurance company SAA, and it was employed The descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool to collect data, where a sample of (63) individuals from agencies managers, heads of services and deputy heads of services in agencies was interrogated. After testing the hypotheses, The results of the study indicated that the requirements for implementing e-government management at the National Insurance Company SAA, available to a relatively high degree.

AI applications and digital marketing methods in healthcare services - Analytical Study-

Résumé: The need to accelerate the discovery of medicines, vaccines and demand for digital healthcare services has increased as health organizations have worked to develop outlets and channels to reach their customers and improve interaction with them. This paper aims to analyse the relationship between the growing phenomenon of integration of AI applications into health service delivery and the evolution of digital marketing methods, using the analytical approach in the analysis of theoretical literature and previous studies and the analysis of statistics and reports from specialized statistical sites (statista.com). The study concluded that the diverse AI technologies built into the provision of health care services had led to the development of health digital marketing methods.

الملخص: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الفعالية الاقتصادية لمشروع 2000 ميجاواط للطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية لشركة سونلغاز – الطاقات المتجددة، من خلال تحليل مؤشرات الأداء المالي والعوامل التي قد تؤثر على ربحية المشروع. حيث أظهرت النتائج أن الجزائر تمتلك إمكانيات طبيعية هائلة تسمح بتحقيق أقصى استفادة من مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية. المشروع يتميز بمردودية جيدة حيث يحقق معدل عائد داخلي بنسبة %7.82، ويتم استرداد تكلفته في غضون 12 سنة. كما توضح الدراسة كذلك العلاقة الطردية لساعات التشغيل على مردودية المشروع، وكيف يؤثر معدل الخصم على أدائه المالي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك أهم التحديات التي تواجه مشاريع الطاقة الكهروضوئية في الجزائر. Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the economic effectiveness of the 2000 MW solar pv project of Sonelgaz - RE, by analyzing financial performance indicators and factors that may affect the profitability of the project. The results showed that Algeria possesses enormous natural potential that allows achieving the maximum benefit from photovoltaic solar energy projects. The project is characterized by good returns, as it achieves an IRR of 7.82%, and PP within 12 years. The study also shows the relationship of operating hours and discount rate to net present value. In addition, the most important challenges facing solar pv projects in Algeria.

Résumé: The primary objective of this study is to explore the collaborative relationship between corporations and academic institutions, using open innovation as a framework to facilitate mutual cooperation. The significance of this investigation lies in its potential to confer a competitive edge upon businesses, with universities serving as pivotal hubs for scientific inquiry and knowledge creation. Employing a descriptive analytical methodology, we sought to gather and analyze pertinent data and information pertaining to this subject matter. Upon scrutinizing five prominent global models of corporate-university collaboration, we identified diverse strategies adopted by companies to fortify this partnership. These strategies encompass the establishment of research hubs in conjunction with academic entities, the initiation of collaborative research endeavors aimed at problem-solving, the facilitation of knowledge transfer through mutual cooperation initiatives, the endorsement of university-originated patents, the cultivation of trust networks, and the exploration of avenues for future collaborative ventures.
