الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على جوده البحث العلمي الأكاديمي من خلال المعايير الواجب مراعاتها في ذلك، وصولا إلى بحث علمي نوعي متميز يساهم في تنميه المجتمع، من خلال المناهج المستحدثة في البحث العلمي وكبا أساليب التقييم الفعال الذي يعمل على تطوير الجودة البحثية. أما النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة فهي: الاعتماد على مناهج علمية من أجل تحقيق الجودة العلمية؛ تكريس مفاهيم الجودة علميا وعمليا؛ مساهمة الجودة في تطوير البحث العلمي. أما آفاق الدراسة فتتمثل في وضع منظومة قانونيه متكاملة لضمان جوده البحث العلمي. This study aims to focus on the quality of academic scientific research through the standards that must be taken into account in this, leading to distinguished qualitative scientific research that contributes to the development of society, through the methods developed in scientific research. and effective evaluation methods that work to develop the quality of research. Les résultats obtenus grâce à cette étude sont les suivants : s'appuyer sur des méthodes scientifiques pour atteindre la qualité scientifique ; Consacrer scientifiquement et pratiquement les concepts de qualité; Contribution de la qualité au développement de la recherche scientifique. The prospects of the study are to develop an integrated legal system to ensure the quality of scientific research
