الملخص
ملخص: تنصب هذه الدراسة حول الحماية القانونية للمعلومات والوثائق الإدارية المصنفة لأول مرة في ظل القانون رقم21-09 المؤرخ في 8 يونيو 2021 نظرا لأهميتها وحساسيتها ، وضرورة تأمينها ،ومنع تسريبها من خلال التدابير الوقائية و تجريم الأفعال التي تشكل اعتداء على سرية الوثائق وتقرير عقوبات جزائية لها ،حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أحكام القانون الجديد ، وكيفية معالجته تأمين سرية المعلومات والوثائق المصنفة الصادرة من قبل السلطات العمومية . Abstract: This study focuses on the legal protection of information and administrative documents classified for the first time under Law No. 21-09 of June 8, 2021 due to their importance and sensitivity, and the need to secure them and prevent their leakage through preventive measures and criminalizing acts that constitute an attack on the confidentiality of documents and determining penal penalties for them, as this study aims To clarify the provisions of the new law and how to deal with it. Securing the confidentiality of classified information and documents issued by public authorities.
