الملخص
الملخص: تنصب دراستنا حول موضوع أليات تطبيق القانون الدولي الانساني على الصعيد الوطني من خلال ما تتخذه الدول من أليات تساعد على التنفيذ الجيد لقواعده ، إذ من غير الممكن أن يتم تجسيد قواعد القانون الدولي الانساني على أرض الواقع ما لم توجد أليات تضمن تنفيذها ، وكون هذا الموضوع يحظى بالاهتمام العالمي الكبير فإن الغاية من الأليات المتخذه وضع حد للانتهاكات والمخالفات المرتكبة ضد قواعد هذا القانون من خلال ما تتخذه الدول من تدابير وطنية في شكل قوانين أو لوائح ،أو قرارات ،أو تعليمات وطنية ، وبما أن الأليات الوطنية هي ما يجب على كل دولة أن تتخذه على الصعيد الوطني لضمان احترام وتطبيق قواعد القانون الدولي الانساني ، فإن هذا الأخير يهدف إلى التخفيف من الأضرار الناتجة عن النزاعات المسلحة عن طريق توفير الحماية وتقديم المساعدات اللازمة للفئات المشمولة بالحماية ، ومن أجل احترام قواعد القانون الدولي الانساني يتوجب توافر العديد من الأليات الوطنية لتحقيق ما يهدف إليه هذا القانون وهو ما سوف نعالجه في مقالنا هذا . Abstract: Our study focuses on the issue of mechanisms for the application of international humanitarian law at the national level through the mechanisms that States take to help the good implementation of its rules. as the rules of international humanitarian law cannot be embodied on the ground unless mechanisms are in place to ensure their implementation, As this subject receives considerable global attention, the purpose of the mechanisms adopted is to put an end to violations and violations committed against the rules of this law through national measures taken by States in the form of national laws, regulations, decisions or instructions. and that national mechanisms are what each State must take at the national level to ensure respect for and application of the rules of international humanitarian law, The aim is to mitigate the damage caused by armed conflict by providing protection and assistance to protected groups. In order to respect the norms of international humanitarian law, many national mechanisms must be in place to achieve the aims of this law, which we will address in our article
