الملخص
المحكمة الجنائية الخاصة بلبنان أنشئت بعد اغتيال رئيس الوزراء الأسبق رفيق الحريري، وقد اعتبر ذلك جريمة دولية بعد اتهام جهات داخلية تقف وراءها دولة خارجية هي سوريا، وقد اجتمع مجلس الأمن بعد سنتين من حادثة الاغتيال وأصدر قرارا بتشكيل محكمة جنائية دولية خاصة بلبنان للنظر في الجريمة ومعاقبة المتسببين فيها، وقد رأى مجلس الأمن أن هذا الاغتيال يهدد السلم والأمن الدوليين خاصة وأن الأطراف التي تقف وراءه تتعدى الحدود الداخلية بلبنان، وكانت التهمة موجهة أساسا إلى سوريا وحزب الله اللبناني . Abstract: The Special Criminal Court for Lebanon was established after the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, and this was considered an international crime after accusing internal bodies behind a foreign country, Syria, and the Security Council met two years after the assassination and issued a decision to form an international criminal court for Lebanon to look into the crime and punish The perpetrators, and the Security Council considered that this assassination threatens international peace and security, especially since the parties behind it cross the internal borders of Lebanon, and the accusation was mainly directed at Syria and the Lebanese Hezbollah
