الملخص

ملخــص: التعلّم هو نتيجة التعليم عند موقف معين، حيث أن المعلم لا يستطيع أن يقول حقيقة بأن التعلّم قد حدث ما لم يكن لذلك دليل أي( تغير السلوك) كنتيجة للتعليم، فهو أي تغير دائم نسبيا في السلوك نتيجة للخبرة" أو هو تغير شبه دائم في الأداء تحت ظروف الخبرة أو الممارسة أو تدريب تعتبر التربية الحديثة المعلم هو القائد والمرشد والموجّه للعملية التعليمية التعلمية، أي عكس ما كانت تعتقده التربية القديمة فهو يعمل على خلق جو تفاعلي بينه وبين المتعلمين، أو بين المتعلمين أنفسهم عن طريق طرح الأسئلة وإثارة الحوار والتدرج في التعلم من السهل إلى الصعب،هذا انطلاقا من تحضيره الجيد للدرس الذي ينجزه بالاعتماد على المصادر والمراجع المهمة، التي تخدم موضوعه أي لا يكتفي بما وجد في الكتاب المدرسي ويشترط في المعلم أثناء التكوين أن يدرس الكم والكيف معا. في هذا البحث أبرز عوامل التعلم مثل: الوسيلة التعليمية، المقاربة بالكفايات، المقاربة النصية، التعلم، تعليم اللغات.بالتحليل و الشرح.
