التَّحقيق في مسألة الاغتسال يوم الجمعة ــــ دراسة فقهيَّة مقارنة ـــ

الملخص
تبحثُ هذه الدِّراسَةُ مَسألةً من المسائل الفِقهيَّة المهِمَّة، التي اختلَفَ في بيان حُكمِها العُلماء، وخاضَ غِمارَها بعضُ الدَّهماء، وهي مسألةُ " الاغتسال يوم الـجُمُعَة ". فجاءت هذه الدِّراسَةُ لتُبَيِّنَ أقوال العُلماء في القديم والحديث فيها، وجلب أبرز الأدلَّة التي اسْتَنَدوا إليها من المنقولِ والمعقولِ، ثمَّ عُنِيَ البحثُ بمناقشة تلك الأدلَّة مُناقشةً عِلميَّةً، للخُلوصِ إلى القول الرَّاجِح في المسألةِ، وذلك بحسَبِ ما أملاهُ الحديثُ والأثر، وما جرَّ إليه جانِبُ التَّحليل والتَّعليل والنَّظر، وهذا بقَصْدِ انصاف المذاهب الفِقهيَّة المتبوعة، والتَّخفيف من التَّعصُّبِ لاجتهاداتِ الأشخاصِ. This study examines one of the important doctrinal issues, which differed in the statement of the ruling of the scholars, and engaged in some of the demagogues, which is the question of "washing on Friday." This study came to show the sayings of the scholars in the ancient and modern, and bring the most prominent evidence that they relied on from the movable and reasonable, then the research was concerned with discussing those evidence scientific discussion, to conclude to the preponderant saying in the matter, and by the sense of the hadeeth, And look, and this with the intent to do justice to doctrinal doctrines followed, and alleviate the intolerance of the jurisprudence of persons.
