السياسة اللغوية وسياسة التعريب في الجزائر

الملخص
هذا البحث عبارة عن وصف سياسية التعريب في الجزائر باعتباره سياسة لغوية اعتمدتها الجزائر لإعادة الوضع اللغوي للبلاد إلى الأصل الذي كانت عليه قبل الاستعمار الفرنسي، وهو اللغة العربية لغة الدولة الجزائرية ولغة الجزائريين، بعدما كانت اللغة الفرنسية هي اللغة التي ورثها الجزائريون عن الاستعمار الذي دام أكثر من قرن محتلا الجزائر ، ولأن هذا الوضع اللغوي يعتبر دخيلا على الجزائر فقد حاولت السلطات المتعاقبة على البلاد بعد الاستقلال فرض التعريب واستعمال اللغة العربية، وقد مرّ التعريب في الجزائر بمراحل مختلفة، اختلاف كل مرحلة رئاسية، وتطور في كل مرحلة وشهد قرارات مختلفة ومتنوعة، نحاول أن نبينها ونصفها في هذا البحث. This research is a description of the Arabization policy in Algeria, considered a linguistic policy adopted by Algeria to restore the linguistic situation of the country to its original state before French colonization. The goal was to establish Arabic as the language of the Algerian state and its people, replacing the French language that Algerians inherited during more than a century of colonial rule. Recognizing this linguistic situation as foreign to Algeria, successive authorities in the country, after gaining independence, attempted to impose Arabization and promote the use of the Arabic language. The process of Arabization in Algeria has undergone various stages, with each presidential term bringing its own changes and developments. Different decisions and measures have been implemented throughout each stage. This research aims to outline and describe these stages, highlighting the diverse decisions and developments that characterized the Arabization process in Algeria
