التعدد اللغوي وسؤال الهوية- قراءة في المفهوم والدلالات-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيين دور اللغة في تحقيق الأمن الهوياتي، والكشف عن مدلولات التعدد والتنوع الذي يمكن أن تتخذه هذه اللغة ومستويات هذا التعدد، وعن العلاقة التي قد تنشأ بين التعدد اللغوي داخل المجتمع وسؤال الهوية الذي بات مطروحا بقوة خلال السنوات الأخيرة جرّاء التحديات الكبيرة التي باتت تفرضها العولمة الثقافية. ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى اعتبار اللغة الأم هوية للأمة بلا منازع، وأن الدعوة إلى التمسك باللغة الأم ليس دعوة لرفض التعدد أو أن التعدد سلبي في كل الأحوال ولا خير فيه ويجب استئصاله وإنما التعامل معه بمنهج نفعي يقلل المفاسد ويدرأها، ويكثر المنافع ويجلبها، وهو المنهج الذي حاولت الدراسة الوقوف عنده وتبيين شروطه. كلمات مفتاحيّة: اللغة؛ الأمن والانسجام الجمعي؛ الشخصية الوطنية؛ التعدد والتنوع في اللغة. Abstract This study aims to clarify the role of language in achieving identity security, and to reveal the implications of pluralism and diversity that this language can take and the levels of this pluralism, and the relationship that may arise between linguistic pluralism within society and the question of identity, which has become strongly raised in recent years due to the great challenges that It is imposed by cultural globalization. The study concluded that the mother language is considered an identity for the nation without controversy, and that the call to adhere to the mother language is not a call to reject polygamy, or that polygamy is negative in all cases and there is no good in it and must be eradicated, but rather dealing with it with a utilitarian approach that reduces and prevents evils, and increases and brings benefits, and it is the approach that The study tried to stand with him and clarify his conditions.
