أزمة الهوية الجزائرية في ظل التعدد اللغوي لنسيج الاجتماعي

الملخص

ملخص: يشهد الحقل اللغوي في الجزائر أزمة هوية لغوية يعكس تواجدا لغويا لا متجانس من منطقة إلى أخرى في النسيج الاجتماعي الواحد، مما أثر سلبا على تعليمية اللغة العربية وضعفا كبيرا في استخدامها، الأمر الذي جعل من دراسة العلاقة بين اللغة والهوية مهمة محورية خاصة في ضوء ما تمنحه دراسة بناء الهويات اللغوية وتشكيلها من وسائل تقلل من الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن صراع الهويات اللغوية المختلفة.لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعالجة جانب من جوانب هذا الواقع اللغوي من خلال الحديث حول مفهوم الهوية واللغة والعلاقة بينهما، كما سنشير إلى أسباب بروز هذه المسألة اللغوية وأهم العوامل التي أدت إلى ضعف الهوية وأثرها على اللغة العربية، وما موقف السياسات اللغوية من ذلك. Abstract: The linguistic field in Algeria is witnessing a linguistic identity crisis that reflects a homogeneous linguistic presence from one region to another in the same social fabric, which negatively affected the teaching of the Arabic language and greatly weakened its use, which made the study of the relationship between language and identity a central task, especially in light of what it gives Studying the construction and formation of linguistic identities from methods that reduce the negative effects resulting from the conflict of different linguistic identities. Therefore, this study aimed to address an aspect of this linguistic reality by talking about the concept of identity and language and the relationship between them. We will also refer to the reasons for the emergence of this linguistic issue and the most important factors that led to the weakening of identity and its impact on the Arabic language, and what is the position of linguistic policies on that. Résumé: Le champ linguistique en Algérie connaît une crise d'identité linguistique qui reflète une présence linguistique homogène d'une région à l'autre dans le même tissu social, qui a affecté négativement l'enseignement de la langue arabe et a grandement affaibli son usage, ce qui a fait l'étude de la relation. Entre langue et identité une tâche centrale, surtout à la lumière de ce qu'elle donne. Étudier la construction et la formation des identités linguistiques à partir de méthodes qui réduisent les effets négatifs résultant du conflit des différentes identités linguistiques. Par conséquent, cette étude visait à aborder un aspect de cette réalité linguistique en parlant du concept d'identité et de langue et de la relation entre eux. Nous ferons également référence aux raisons de l'émergence de ce problème linguistique et aux facteurs les plus importants qui ont conduit à l'affaiblissement de l'identité et son impact sur la langue arabe, et quelle est la position des politiques linguistiques à ce sujet.
