الملخص
هدف مقالنا إلى تقديم حوصلة نظرية حول الخدمات الصحية باعتبارها من بين الخدمات الأكثر أهمية كونها تساهم في وقاية المجتمع من مختلف المخاطر الصحية سواء كانت بدنية، نفسية أو عقلية، حيث قمنا بتقديم مفهوم شامل حول الصحة، الخدمات الصحية وجودتها إضافة إلى تحديد أبعادها، أنواعها وكيفية تحسينها من خلال تطبيق مبادئ ومعايير الجودة والتي يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير المنظمة الصحية بحيث تحظى بالقبول.
