الترجمة وأخلاقياتها من منظور ميثاق المترجم: قراءة في المفهوم

الملخص
لطالما كان للميادين المهنية على غرار الطب والقانون والتدريس أخلاقيات وآداب عامة تنظم تعاملات الأفراد المنخرطين تحت رايتها مع بعضهم البعض ومع الغير، في إطار الممارسة العادية والمنتظمة لتلك المهن، والترجمة علم وفن ومهارة، ولكنها أيضا مهنة عريقة فرضت نفسها على الساحة، على الرغم من الصراعات التي شهدتها في رحلة البحث عن هويتها، حتى ولو لم يتم الاعتراف بها إلا حديثا، من خلال مختلف المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية التي أقرت بالممارسة الترجمية تخصصا قائما بحد ذاته، واعترفت بالقائم عليها محترفا، ومتخصصا، وصاحب مهنة مثله مثل الطبيب والمحامي والأستاذ...وبما أن لكل مهنة أخلاقيات، سيندرج بحثنا في إطار الحديث عن أخلاقيات وآداب مهنة الترجمة من خلال قراءة في ميثاق المترجم الذي أقرته الفدرالية الدولية للمترجمين بمؤتمر ديبروفنيك في 1963 والمعدل بأوسلو في 1994، مع التركيز على آداب مهنة الترجمة، وآفاق الممارسة الترجمية في الجزائر. All professions in the world such as medicine, law and education have some rules, principles and values organizing their vocational fields as part of their usual professional practice. Translation is an art, a science, a skill and also one of the oldest professions that imposed itself in spite of the different conflicts it went through in its quest for identity. And yet, until recently, it has been recognized by means of a number of international conventions and agreements that accepted the translation activity as a specialty on its own, and the translator as a professional like the doctor, the lawyer and the teacher, etc. Hence, with regard to the fact that each profession has its ethical rules, our study seeks to open the scope of reflection on the ethics of translation through an analysis of the translator's charter adopted by the International Federation of Translators at the Congress of Dubrovnik on 1963 and amended in Oslo on 1994, focusing on the ethics of translation and the prospects of its professional practice in Algeria
