ملخص: من الحقوق الأساسية المكفولة لكل إنسان حرية التنقل من مكان إلى آخر، غير أن هذا الحق مقيد وفق متطلبات سيادة الدول ولدواعي أمنية كذلك، و لهذا وضعت الدول شروطا وقيودا عليه، إلا أن هذه القيود وجد لها الأفراد حلولا ولو كان الثمن المغامرة بحياتهم، وهذا ما يسمى بالهجرة غير الشرعية، أو الإستعانة بعصابات التهريب، وهذا ما يسمى بتهريب المهاجرين. Abstract One of the fundamental rights guaranteed to every human being is the freedom to move from one place to another, but this right is restricted according to the requirements of state sovereignty and for security reasons as well, and for this the countries have set conditions and restrictions on him, but these restrictions individuals have found solutions even if the price is adventurous in their lives, and this is what It is called illegal immigration, or the use of smuggling gangs, and this is called smuggling of migrants
