ملخص: لقد أصبح الفضاء السيبراني عنصرا مؤثرا في النظام الدولي ، وكشف عن محاور جديدة للصراع الدولي يعرف بصراع الفضاء الإلكتروني ، من شأنه أن يسبب خسائر عسكرية واقتصادية فادحة ، لهذا أصبح هذا الفضاء يدخل ضمن أولويات السياسة الخارجية للدول ، وضمن استراتيجيات الأمن القومي لديها، حيث دفعت التهديدات المتزايدة لأمن الفضاء السيبراني العديد من الدول للعمل على بذل الجهود فرادى وجماعات من خلال إبرام الاتفاقيات الدولية وإصدار القوانين التشريعية ، بالإضافة إلى التعاون والتنسيق الدائم مع الأجهزة الدولية للحد من هذه التهديدات :Abstract Cyberspace has become an influential element in today’s world order and has revealed new forms of the international conflict known as the cyber conflict, which would cause heavy military and economic losses. Thus, this space has become one of the countries’ foreign policy priorities and hence it has begun to be part and parcel of their national security strategies. The growing threats to cyberspace security have prompted many nations to act individually and collectively through the ratification of international agreements and the passing of legislative . laws, in addition to their cooperation and permanent coordination with international bodies to curb these threats
