الملخص
الملخص تحاول هذه الدراسة متابعة صيرورة المفاهيم التي تستهدفها البلاغة اليوم، في نطاق اجتهاد أحد روادها الحداثيين و أقصد على وجه التحديد عالِم البلاغة البلجيكي ميشال ماير (Michel Meyer) ضمن سياقات معرفية جديدة استنادا إلى فن السؤال و علم الأشكلة، بمنظار الفيلسوف الذي ينحت المفاهيم و يُموقع قضايا الخطاب على عتبة التواصل التكافوئي من أجل التحرَّر من حدة جمالية التعبير و قسوة الحجاج إلى منفذ شرعنة السؤال وتقييده بمطلب الأشكلة حتى تُدرَك القضايا المُعالجة بعيدا عن الذات المرهفة و العقلانية الصارمة ،لتصير إشكالية البحث وفق هذه الصيغة النظر في طريقة اشتغال البلاغة قياسا على مبدأ تحديد منْ يخاطب منْ ؟ بما في ذلك حجم الفروقات بينهما على مختلف الأصعدة في سبيل تجاوز حاجز عدم التوافق في المنظورات و التصوّرات التي تحصل بينهما ضمن الحد الأدنى، بالقدر الذي يُتيح فهم و تفهُّم الذات إزاء مَنْ تُخاطبه، هذا ما يجعل البلاغة المعاصرة تتصدر المشهد ؛ لأنها هي السبيل الأمثل -على الأقل في نظر هذا العالِم - من أجل معالجة فكرة التفاوت بين الأفراد على مستوى الموقف و الرؤية ، فهي بمثابة وسيلة تفاوضية للتقليل من حدة هذا الاختلاف أو التعارُض، فما يقع على عاتق هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن سياق التحوُّلات التي جعلت البلاغة تُغيّر ثوبها المعرفي من جديد. Abstract this study aspires to solicit the different conceptions of rhetoric today according to the thesis of Michel Meyer, according to the different cognitive contexts, whose suggestion is propelled to the art of questioning, as well as the problematology, under the vision of this philosopher who spares no scientific effort to build his own conceptions, in order to pose the problems of discourse at the level of communication equivalence, and to free himself from the highly aesthetic language and the ferocity of argumentation by the legitimacy of questioning , and the restriction to the fields of problematology, which allows us to grasp the different problems apart from the fragile sensitivity and pragmatic rationality of the self, this is why the problematic of this study aims to perceive the functioning of rhetoric according to the who to contact? By affirming the sociological and cognitive gap between the two poles of verbal communication, in any case the immanent objective remains by priority; understand and make his partner understand in order to reach a consensus between the two protagonists at the positional and vocational level, this whole study brings to know the rhetoric of today from the angle of its perceived changes.
