الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه المقالة العلمية الى دراسة تمكين المرأة العربية في المجال الاقتصادي والسياسي (الجزائر والسعودية والمغرب نموذجا)، خاصة بعد دخول المرأة عالم الشغل، فأصبح من المهم ان يعاد النظر في دور المرأة في مجال العمل الاقتصادي والسياسي، وان تعطى لها الحرية في التصرف، والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، وكذلك ان يضمن لها الحق في المشاركة السياسية وتقلد مناصب قيادية دون أي مشكلات والمساواة بينها وبين الرجل في العمل دون أي تمييز. وان تتقيد الدول بمواثيق هيئة الأمم المتحدة بضمان تمكين المرأة في المجال السياسي والاقتصادي بنسبة التي نصت عليها المواثيق الدولية وهي 30% لضمان حقوقها. وبرغم طبيعة البيئة الاقتصادية والسياسية وكذلك العدات والتقاليد في البيئة العربية الا انه استطاعت المرأة ان تنال حصتها من التمكين وقد تم عرض بعض الدول العربية (الجزائر والسعودية والمغرب) كنموذج للتمكين الاقتصادي والسياسي. Abstract : (In English, and must contain : Purposes, Methodology, tools used and the main results of the contribution.) This scientific article to study of women's empowerment aims Arabic in the economic and political domain (Algeria and Saudi and Morocco is example), especially after entering of the woman world of the work, so became it is important that looking into of women's role in domain returns the economic and political work, and that gives for her the freedom in the behavior, and the participation in undertaking the decisions, and likewise that include for her right for of the political participation and taking charge positions of leading without any formative and the equality between her and between the man in the work without any distinction. That the states in beautiful covenants observe the United Nations in guarantee of women's empowerment in the political domain, the economist in a ratio of which dictated on her the international covenants, and she is 30% for her guarantee of truths. And despite nature of the economic and political environment and likewise aale'daat and the traditions in the Arabic environment however he that he the woman could that obtains fell as a share to her from the enablement and may demonstration was complete some Arab countries (Algeria and Saudi and the Maghreb) as example for the economic and political enablement.
