Description

The journal of El-Ryssala for media studies is a double-blind peer-reviewed, quarterly and free of charge, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Humanities and Social sciences, University of Larbi tebessi – Tebessa , Algeria. It is interested in the dissemination of original applied research, which has not been previously published and which is treated in a documented scientific method in the field of Information and communication sciences. The journal aims are to disseminate sciences within the framework of its specialization. It targets postgraduate students, professors and all researchers, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or social institutions at the national and international levels. The research is published in three languages: Arabic, English and French.

Reality and prospects of the film industry in Algeria

Résumé: This study presents an assessment of the film industry in Algeria as one of the most important cultural industries. It examines annual film production, financing and distribution, and cinema attendance, and compares them with statistical indicators from Egypt. It also highlights the challenges facing the Algerian film industry and its future prospects. By comparing the statistics of the film industries in Egypt and Algeria, we find a great similarity in production and the number of cinemas. However, Egypt has a large audience base for cinematic films, and has workers in the artistic sector in general, and thus achieves profits through the ticket office, unlike Algeria, although Algerian films win awards every time they participate in international festivals.

Résumé: The rapid development of the media has led to a tendency to take advantage of this development in all areas.In the present, in which we live in the era of information and globalization, it has become necessary to teach individuals to survive and live in a competitive world, because the methods and technology of education and education are evolving and changing, and here comes the role of Mass Communication Media. And this study deals with an important medium, which is television, and it deals with a very sensitive category, which is children, as it combines the programs broadcast by this medium and what the child acquires from culture by watching them. Television is one of the means that has become the most important in the field of cultural and knowledge communication between nations and Peoples, which has made the world a small village by publishing real-time news and events without any time or spatial hindrance.While children are the kit of the future, the hope of a promising tomorrow, who possess characteristics and characteristics that differ from one age stage to another. And as the child grows and grows up, he relies on exploration and research of what exists, and inquiring about what does not exist, through various sources, the most important of which is television, which has become the first competitor of the family and school.Thanks to its channels and programs, the child is given ideas and information that gain him a certain culture, and therefore he realizes what exists, and satisfies his cognitive needs through this effective means, voice and image.

الملخص: Abstract This study intended as a research on the aspects of ethics and deontology through which can demonstrate the role of information on the political scene as an essential vector of the Algerian popular movement known as (HIRAK). Which demanded a change radical in several areas including information; or on the contrary increase control over information by implementing criteria for regulating information activity. This led us to deal with this issue on the Algerian political scene; who is experiencing a movement and a situation that seem conjectural in the image of what is happening in the Arab world; Or should it be considered as saving in the process of natural political changes that nations are experiencing today. ملخص تهدفا دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء حول مسألة المعايير الأخلاقية والمهنية باعتبارها مسألة جدلية يمكن من خلالها تفعيل دور الاعلام في المشهد السياسي الجزائري كأحد مخرجات الحراك الجزائري الذي طالب بتغيير جذري على العديد من الأصعدة ومنها الاعلام، أو على العكس توظيف تلك المعايير لتشديد الخناق أكثر على الاعلام وتكثيف النشاط الرقابي للسلطة بمسمى المعايير والضوابط، وهو ما دفعنا للخوض في هذه الجدلية في المشهد السياسي الجزائري الذي يشهد حركية قد تبدو ظرفية وفق ما تشهده المنطقة العربية ككل، أو يمكن اعتبارها صحية في مسار التحولات السياسية التي تشهدها المجتمعات في سيرورتها الطبيعية Résumé Cette étude se veut une recherche sur les aspects d'éthique et de déontologie à travers laquelle ce démontre le rôle de l'information sur la scène politique Algérienne comme vecteur essentiel du mouvement populaire dit (HIRAK). Ce qui exigeait un changement radical dans plusieurs domaines dont celui de l'information ; afin de renforcer le contrôle de l'information en mettant en place des critères de régulation de l'activité informationnelle. Cela nous a conduit à traiter cette question sur la scène politique algérienne qui connaissait une conjecture à l'image de ce qui se passé dans le monde arabe, ou qui se veut salvatrice dans le processus de changements politiques naturels que connaissent les nations aujourd'hui.

The reality of using Platform X (Twitter) in the socio-mediatic sphere in Algeria.

Résumé: This study aims to examine the low use of X in Algeria despite the presence of most politicians, institutions on this platform. This study has two aspects: a methodological one that describes and explains the use of X in the Algerian general context Despite what (datareportal.com) indicates only 02.66% are frequent users of this platform, And a practical aspect that responds to two hypotheses by adopting intentional sampling with an e-questionnaire consisting of 42 questions distributed over three axes. Exploring the Impact of Social Media on the Algerian Family System: A Case Study in Jijel City

The study's significance lies in identifying the socio-cultural and relational changes in Algerian society due to the increasing use of social media. الملخص: This research aims to study the phenomenon of diffusion of influential entrepreneurship through social media, and explore the environment and factors that led content creators to switch from the promotional function (cooperating with companies) towards establishing a company (products) to attain professional independence. This research monitored the partial escape of the new generation of influencers and creators from the influence of companies and their marketing actions, taking advantage of their experiences to launch businesses that express their values and enhance their reputation. This evolving digital influence landscape has enhanced economic activities, with influencer entrepreneurship now participating in development and industry in its various forms. The degree of students' possession of media literacy skills when confronting false news during crises - an exploratory study on a sample of media students at the University of Annaba during the Corona crisis -

الملخص: Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the extent of media literacy skills among students when dealing with news during crises and the role of these skills in countering fake news. Many studies emphasize that this role becomes more prominent during crises due to the proliferation of false information. To achieve this, a survey methodology was employed on a sample of 30 media students at Annaba University, utilizing an electronic questionnaire. The study concluded that Facebook serves as a significant news source for the study sample. Additionally, students demonstrated a conscious interaction with fake news disseminated through social media platforms, albeit to a moderate degree. The perceived primary roles of media literacy and digital skills, from their perspective, were limited to prudent reception, with little attention to their role in production. The study underscores the university's responsibility in shaping students in accordance with its principles and enhancing their critical thinking by incorporating media literacy into its curriculum. الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى توفّر مهارات التربية الإعلامية لدى الطلبة عند تعاملهم مع الأخبار خلال الأزمات ودور هذه المهارات في التصدي لمواجة الأخبار الكاذبة، خاصة وأنّ كثيرا من الدراسات تؤكد على أن هذا الدور يتبلور بشكل أكثر وضوحًا أثناء الأزمات لكثرة تفشي الأخبار الكاذبة خلالها، ولأجل ذلك تمّ استخدام المنهج المسحي على عينة من 30 مفردة من طلبة الإعلام بجامعة عنابة، وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان الالكتروني. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أنّ فيسبوك مثّل مصدراً مُهِمّاً للأخبار لدى عيّنة الدّراسة، كما تفاعل الطّلبة بوعي مع الأخبار الكاذبة التي انتشرت عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ولكن بدرجة متوسطة، وأنّ أهم دور تضطلع به مهارات التربية الإعلامية والرقمية من وجهة نظرهم اقتصر على ترشيد التّلقِّي دون الاهتمام بدورها في الإرسال، كما انتهينا إلى ضرورة تحمّل الجامعة المسؤولية في تكوين الطالب على مبادئها وتعزيز التفكير النّاقد لديه بتضمين التربية الإعلامية في مناهجها. Résume: L’étude visait à révéler la disponibilité des compétences d’éducation aux médias chez les étudiants lorsqu’ils traitent de l’information pendant les crises et le rôle de ces compétences dans la lutte contre les fausses nouvelles, d’autant plus que de nombreuses études confirment que ce rôle se cristallise plus clairement pendant les crises en raison de la diffusion fréquente de fausses nouvelles pendant celles-ci, et pour cela le programme d’enquête a été utilisé sur un échantillon de 30 individus parmi les étudiants en médias de l’Université d’Annaba, et l’outil de questionnaire électronique a été utilisé. L’étude a conclu que Facebook représentait une source importante d’informations pour l’échantillon de l’étude, et que les étudiants interagissaient consciemment avec les fausses nouvelles qui se propageaient sur les plateformes de médias sociaux, mais dans une mesure modérée, et que le rôle le plus important joué par les compétences en matière de médias et de littératie numérique de leur point de vue se limitait à rationaliser la réception sans prêter attention à son rôle dans la transmission, et nous avons également conclu que l’université devrait assumer la responsabilité de former l’étudiant à ses principes et d’améliorer sa pensée critique en incluant l’éducation aux médias dans ses programmes.

Media Literacy Educational Concerns in Algeria: What Does the National Curriculum Offer to Shield and Empower Digital Native Generation?

Résumé: Abstract: The increasing exposure to new media outlets has led to a significant increase in screen time among digital native children; this heightened exposure potentially poses detrimental effects on their health and well-being. Despite ongoing global debates on media literacy, several countries considerably fall short in addressing the issue seriously. In Algeria, media literacy education significantly lags behind. This paper aims to revisit and review the Algerian national education curricula across primary, middle, and secondary education, using a qualitative approach to examine the extent to which media literacy is incorporated in the national curriculum. The main result reveals a significant gap and limitations of media literacy education throughout the different schooling stages, highlighting the need for comprehensive development of media literacy skills to navigate the contemporary media landscape.

Language communication in the Algerian society Study of the situation of bilingualism in the Shawia area

Résumé: The issue of Language communication is of great importance, especially when it comes to a society like the Algerian society, which knows an enormous linguistic diversity, resulting historically from those nations and civilizations that interacted with this society and interacted with it, so that it influenced and was influenced by it in all its fields. If we speak at the level of the Algerian tongue, We find that it includes more than one language and a local dialect, whether or not it was imported from other nations, which explains the emergence of the state of diglossia, which is a sociolinguistic phenomenon that requires serious scientific study to know the causes of this condition, its impact on society, and its consequences. We have concluded in this study that linguistic upbringing is Among the factors that control the spread of the Chawi dialect and that considering the Arabic language as the language of religion and state makes it an alternative even to the original dialect of the Chawi community. Cultural globalization also played a role in imposing the French language as a second alternative to the Arabic language in the Shawi language, and the Shawi society’s reliance on the oral form rather than writing reduced the use of Shawi’s language.

Résumé: This study investigates the acculturation processes among Arab-Muslim immigrants in Czech society, tracing the historical roots of the Czech-Islam relationship and focusing particularly on the period from 1989 to 2015. It explores the evolving interactions and strategies used by Arab-Muslim immigrants for integration, while retaining their cultural and religious identity. Utilizing a qualitative research method, the study relies on indepth interviews to gather firsthand experiences and perspectives of these immigrants. The findings provide a nuanced understanding of the complex dynamics of acculturation and the interaction between different cultures and identities within the Czech context. This research offers significant insights into the challenges faced by Arab-Muslim immigrants and their integration strategies, enhancing our comprehension of cultural interplay and societal adaptation in Czech society.

In this article, we attempt to shed light on the role of institutional communication in establishing a green culture in the economic institution. تعتبر الثقافة الخضراء من أهم المواضيع الخاصة بالتنمية المستدامة ، حيث يساعد سلوك الفاعلين في المؤسسة المؤيد للبيئية في العمل على إنخفاض تدريجي في حجم المشكلات البيئية الناجمة عن المؤسسة وعليه فالعديد من المؤسسات بدأت في تبني القضايا الخضراء في مماراساتها التنظيمية ، لهذا بدأت العديد من المنظمات في إستكشاف إمكانية تبني القضايا الخضراء في مماراستها التنظيمية وتعديل خططها الإستراتيجية بحيث ستساعدها هذه الإستراتيجية على إتخاد قرارات خلق ثقافة تنظيمية خضراء تنطوي على تعزيز سلوكات خضراء لدى العاملين يكون لها تأثير إيجابي في البيئية بحيث يلعب الإتصال المؤسساتي دور هام في إيصال المعلومات للفاعلين داخل المؤسسة إنطلاقا من أهميته في سيرورة المعلومة الإدارية ناهيك إذا تعلق الأمر بالسلوكات الخضراء للعمال . محاولين في هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على دور الإتصال المؤسساتي في إرساء معالم الثقافة الخضراء في المؤسسة الإقتصادية . La culture verte est l’un des thèmes les plus importants pour le développement durable. C’est pourquoi de nombreuses organisations ont commencé à explorer la possibilité d’adopter des enjeux verts dans leurs pratiques organisationnelles et d’ajuster leurs plans stratégiques. Résumé: This research aims to comprehend the nature of Information crime as a social phenomenon, originating from the exploitation of technology and digital tools in committing crimes. Examples include manipulation of digital information, data theft, electronic system breaches, electronic fraud, and other related crimes. The research also aims to understand the motivations that drive individuals to engage in such activities and to analyze their impacts on individuals, societies, and institutions. Additionally, it seeks to identify the methods employed for prevention and protection against Information crime, including the development of security procedures, information technology, awareness initiatives, and training programs

The Relationship between Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication of the Coach on the Psychological Climate of the Sports Team

الملخص: The study aims to investigate the relationship between the verbal and non-verbal communication of the coach and the psychological climate of the sports team. For this purpose, we employed a descriptive methodology with correlational approach on a purposively selected sample of 30 football players. As for data collection, it was done by using the Communication Scale and the Psychological Climate Scale. After collecting and statistically analyzing the data, a medium correlation was found between the coach's communication and the psychological climate of the sports team. And on the basis of this, the study recommends giving significant importance to communication and its means, as it serves to transfer experiences, skills, and ideas, as well as enable and improve factors that enhance the psychological climate within sports teams. تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة علاقة الاتصال اللفظي وغير اللفظي للمدرب بالمناخ النفسي للفريق الرياضي، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب الإرتباطي على عينة متكونة من 30 لاعب كرة القدم تم اختيارها بشكل مقصود، ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا مقياس الاتصال للباحث علي حسين نجم العمراني ، ومقياس المناخ النفسي لمحمد حسن علاوي. بعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة مرتفعة بين الاتصال للمدرب والمناخ النفسي للفريق الرياضي ، وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة على إعطاء أهمية بالغة للاتصال ووسائله فعن طريقه يتم نقل الخبرات والمهارات والأفكار، كذلك تفعيل وتحسين العوامل التي تزيد من المناخ النفسي لدى الفرق الرياضية

Résumé: This scientific paper aims to shed light on one of the important modern approaches in the field of organizational sociology, specializing in analyzing communication and organized actions within groups and actors in organizations. The actors (individuals and groups) are considered to have relative rationalities and goals often contradictory to the organization's objectives. This aspect, which classical theories like Max Weber's bureaucratic theory struggled to comprehend, will be addressed in this article through the strategic analysis of Michael Crozier and Erhard Friedberg as a paradigm that focuses on interpreting and analyzing social actions and power relations within work groups.
