The Algerian school undertakes, through its curricula, the need to emphasize individual differences, especially when it comes to learning, establishing resources and developing competencies for learners. This is a dedication to the pedagogy of teaching competencies that depends on putting learners in front of problem situations that allow them to mobilize all their internal and external resources in order to solve this problem, by referring to their previous requisitions, and their initial representations, in the light of their learning Styles. Therefore, the modern school attaches very great importance to the issue of learning Styles, because of its benefit to the students’ learning and their school results. So, the current research paper aims to reveal the importance of learning Styles in the teaching-learning process, given that the Algerian school’s bet today is professional teachers who provide quality education that takes into account individual differences and learning styles of their students. This is by answering the question that states: How do we teach the learner if we do not know how the learner learn?
