Entrepreneurship As An Approach To Foster Cultural Economy Algeria; Impediments And Remedies; A Descriptive Analytical Study

Abstract
The study' aimed to investigate and explore the challenges that hinder entrepreneurship to enhance cultural economy in Algeria and the approaches to overcome them. The study administered the descriptive analytical approach. A review of literature was conducted. The study came to the conclusion that the most significant causes of entrepreneurship inability to activate cultural economy in Algeria are shorting of funding and export obstacles. The study made the recommendation that bank interests ought to be illegalized and economic integration between Muslim countries ought to be strengthened in order to move forward entrepreneurship sector so as to enhance cultural economy in Algeria. المقاولاتية كبديل لتعزيز الاقتصاد الثقافي في الجزائر؛ المعوقات والحلول؛ دراسة تحليلية استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تشخيص العوامل التي تحد من إسهام قطاع المقولاتية في إنعاش الاقتصاد الثقافي في الجزائر وطرق مواجهتها. واستندت الدراسة إلى المنهج الوصفي. واعتمدت في إطار ذلك على الأسلوب التحليلي. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في مسح الأدبيات المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة. وأسفرت الدراسة عن أن هناك أسبابا عديدة وراء ضعف إسهام المقاولاتية في تعزيز الاقتصاد الثقافي في الجزائر أبرزها: توفر السيولة المادية، وصعوبة تصدير المنتجات الثقافية. وأوصت الدراسة بحظر الفوائد الربوية، وعقد اتفاقيات التكامل مع البلدان الإسلامية لتنشيط قطاع المقاولاتية لتدعيم الاقتصاد الثقافي.
