تشخيص الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالجزائر

الملخص

The present study aimed to identify organizational culture in institutions of high education in Algeria, the dimensions of organizational culture included six steps for diagnosing organizational culture recommended by (Cameron & Quinn) in their Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) represented by: organizational leadership; management of employees; organization glue; strategic emphases; criteria of success; dominant characteristics, the study was carried out cover the population of teachers at the University of Bouira, random sample was chosen, on the whole number of 250 teachers forms were valid for statistical analysis. The study has found a number of results, such as: hierarchy Culture is dominant culture actually at the institutions of high education in Algeria, there were differences in sample teachers to organizational culture at the institutions of high education in Algeria due to those who have experience less than 05 years.
