الملخص
يعتبر موضوع الكلّيات اللغوية من مواضيع علم اللغة الهامة كونه يُعنى بالقضايا والمسائل الكليّة للغات، ويهتم بالمسائل والقضايا المشتركة بينها، ومعرفة ما تتوافق فيه لغات العالم من مسائل وما تتباين فيه، وكذا بيان القواسم المشتركة بينها والتي تعتبر كلّية لغوية، من هذا المنطلق جاءت ورقتنا البحثية هذه لبيان معنى هذه الكليات، ومعرفة آراء علماء اللغة القدامى والمحدثين فيها، وإبراز قيمة الكليات اللغوية في دراسات علمائنا العرب، والتطرق إلى أنواع هذه الكليات وتجلياتها في علوم اللغة من صوت وصرف ونحو. The topic of linguistic universals is considered one of the most important topics in linguistics because it deals with universal and language issues and is concerned with the common issues between them, knowing what issues the languages of the world agree on and what they differ on, as well as explaining the commonalities between them, which are considered linguistic universals. From this standpoint, our research paper came This is to explain the meaning of these colleges, to find out the opinions of ancient and modern linguists about them, to highlight the value of linguistic colleges in the studies of our Arab scholars, and to address the types of these colleges and their manifestations in the linguistic sciences, such as sound, morphology, and grammar.
