البيئة الرقمية للتعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية، قراءة في التحديات والانعكاسات من وجهة نظر الأساتذة والطلبة في جامعة جيجل

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن مستوى البيئة الرقمية للتعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية، والوقوف على أبرز التحديات التي واجهت وما تزال تواجه مستوى التلقي عند طلبة الجامعات. وقد تم الاعتماد فيه على المنهج الوصفي إضافة إلى استعمال أداتي الاستمارة والمقابلة، ليتم توزيع الاستمارة على عينة قصدية من طلبة جامعة جيجل بلغت (30) طالبا وطالبة، أما المقابلات فقد كانت مع ثلاثة مبحوثين من أساتذة الجامعة، لتتوصل النتائج أخيرا إلى أن البنية التحتية للجامعة الجزائرية ضعيفة إلى جانب سعي الجامعات لتعزيزها. وكشف هذا المقال عن أن أبرز التحديات التي تواجه التعليم عن بعد هي ضعف تأهيل الطلبة والأساتذة في مجال البيئة الرقمية وتوظيف تقنيات التعليم عن بعد، ومن هذا كانت التوصيات بضرورة قيام الجامعة الجزائرية بتعزيز مستوى البنية التحتية الرقمية للتعليم عن بعد، والعمل على تدريب وتطوير مهارات الطلبة والأساتذة. Abstract: This article aims to explore the level of digital education environment in Algerian universities and identify the main challenges faced by students in terms of reception. The descriptive approach was adopted, using both questionnaire and interview as research tools. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of 30 students from the University of Jijel, while interviews were conducted with three professors from the university. The results revealed that the infrastructure of Algerian universities is weak, alongside efforts made by universities to strengthen it. The article also highlighted the main challenges facing distance education, including the lack of qualification of students and professors in the digital environment and the utilization of remote learning technologies. Therefore, the recommendations emphasized the necessity for Algerian universities to enhance the digital infrastructure for distance education and focus on training and developing the skills of students and professors.
