الإتجاهات العالمية للدعارة: قراءة نظرية- نقدية

الملخص
Prostitution refers to the exchange of sexual services for payment. The debate surrounding the regulation of prostitution can be broadly categorized into two positions: abolitionism and legalization. Abolitionism is a position that seeks to end prostitution through criminalizing all aspects of the sex trade, including the acts of buying and selling sexual services. Proponents argue that prostitution is inherently exploitative and reinforces patriarchal norms, and therefore should not be legalized. On the other hand, legalization is a position that advocates for the decriminalization of all aspects of the sex trade. Proponents argue that legalization can provide greater safety and health protections for sex workers and reduce the risk of violence and exploitation. They also argue that it can increase access to healthcare and social services, and lead to greater regulation and control of the industry.
