أثر القيادة الإدارية على الرضا الوظيفي بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بالأغواط.

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم الأنماط القيادة الإدارية المستخدمة في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بالاغواط، والوقوف على أثر القيادة الإدارية بأبعادها الثلاث ( نمط الإشراف، التحفيز، بناء فرق العمل) على الرضا الوظيفي بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بالأغواط، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تمّ تصميم إستبانة مكونة من (30) فقرة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وتمّ توزيعها على عينة تضم 35 عاملا بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS ، تمّ التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الإدارية والرضا الوظيفي لدي موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوي دلالة 0.05. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الإدارية، النمط القيادي، الرضا الوظيفي، مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the most important administrative leadership patterns used in Algeria Telecom Corporation in Laghouat, and to stand on the impact of administrative leadership in its three dimensions (supervisory style, motivation, work team building) on job satisfaction in Algeria Telecom Corporation in Laghouat. To achieve this goal, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of (30) items was designed as a tool for collecting information, and it was distributed to a sample of 42 workers in the institution under study. After statistical treatment by the statistical package for social sciences SPSS program, a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect between administrative leadership and job satisfaction among the employees of the institution under study at the level of significance 0.05.
