دراسة وتقييم تجربة المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة أحد أهم المواضيع المطروحة على الساحة الاقتصادية في وقتنا الحالي، وهو المناولة كأسلوب حديث لتطوير النسيج الصناعي، فهي إحدى الخيارات المثلى لتكثيف نسيج المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والإسراع في وتيرة نموها وتحسين مردوديتها، وبالتالي النهوض بالتنمية الاقتصادية للبلد، كما هدفت الدراسة لتحليل واقع المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر، وإلقاء الضوء على مختلف التحديات التي تقف أمام ترقيتها وانتشارها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر لازالت متأخرة جداً، وتعاني من عديد المشاكل رغم النية الواضحة من طرق الدولة الجزائرية لتبني هذه الإستراتيجية، وهي بحاجة لتوفير مقاربة متميزة من التشريعيات والآليات والسبل لترقيتها من أجل النهوض بالتنمية الاقتصادية الاجتماعية للبلد. This study aimed to address one of the most important topics on the economic scene at the present time, which is handling as a modern method for developing the industrial fabric, as it is one of the best options to intensify the fabric of small and medium enterprises and accelerate the pace of their growth and improve their profitability, thus promoting the economic development of the country, and the study also aimed to analyze the reality of industrial handling in Algeria, and shed light on the various challenges that stand in front of its promotion and spread. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that industrial subcontracting in Algeria is still very late, and suffers from many problems despite the clear intention of the Algerian state's ways to adopt this strategy, and it needs to provide a distinct approach of legislation, mechanisms and ways to upgrade it in order to promote the socio-economic development of the country.
