سينما الجامعة نحو مشروع ثقافي واعد

الملخص
يأتي مشروع "سينما الجامعة" الذي أطلقته وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في أوساط الطلبة عبر المؤسسات الجامعية والإقامات الجامعية من خلال تقديم عروض سينمائية مختلفة المضامين والمواضيع، ليعطي أملاً كبيراً في إدراج الفنون ضمن المنظومة التعليمية الجامعية، ويسهم في تنشيط الحركة الثقافية على مستوى الجامعات والإقامات الجامعية، وتقريب هذه الفنون من الطلبة. وكذلك المساهمة في تثقيفهم وتعليمهم من خلال طبيعة الأفلام التي تُعرض أمامهم. من هذا المنظور، جاءت فكرة هذه المقالة لتنفتح على هذا المشروع الفني والمعرفي الواعد لتشيد به وتنوّه بمشروعيته وأهميته في الجامعة الجزائرية. ورغم أنه في بداياته الأولى، حيث يعتمد على عرض أفلام سينمائية للطلبة فقط. إلاّ أننا اخترنا الحديث عنه بتصور مستقبلي جديد على ما يجب عليه أن يكون هذا المشروع. وما هو السبيل الأفضل الذي وجب اتباعه لتحقيق الأهداف والغايات المرجوة منه. لذا فإن هذه الدراسة ستتناول الرؤية(الاستراتيجية) الهادفة والسليمة التي يجب وضعها لتنفيذ هذا المشروع. وتسهم في بلورة فكرة واضحة ذات أرضية علمية رصينة وهادفة. يستطيع من خلالها هذا المشروع تجسيد طموحات الطالب الجامعي، خاصة الذي يملك موهبة ورغبة وحباً في دراسة وممارسة الفنون على اختلاف أنواعها، منها:(الفنون السينمائية، الفنون المسرحية، الفنون التشكيلية، والفنون الموسيقية)، التي تضمن بعض المؤسسات الجامعية عروض تكوين في الليسانس والماستر. Abstract: The "Cinema and the University" project, launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research among students through university institutions and university residences, by presenting cinematic shows of various contents and topics, gives great hope for the inclusion of arts within the university educational system, and contributes to revitalizing the cultural movement at the level of universities and residences. university, and bringing these arts closer to students. As well as contributing to educating and educating them through the nature of the films that are shown in front of them. From this perspective, the idea of this article came to open up to this promising artistic and knowledge project, to praise it and highlight its legitimacy and importance in the Algerian university. Although it is in its initial beginnings, it relies on showing cinematic films to students only. However, we chose to talk about it with a new future vision of what this project should be. What is the best way to be followed to achieve the desired goals and objectives? Therefore, this study will address the sound (strategic) vision that must be developed for the implementation of this project. It contributes to crystallizing a clear idea with a solid and purposeful scientific background. Through this project, the aspirations of the university student can be embodied, especially those who have love, talent, and desire to study and practice various arts (film, theatrical, visual, and musical).
