الملخص
يهدف القانون إلى جعل الإدارة الجزائرية اكثر تطورا و تواكب التحولات و التحديات ، و منها الرقمنة كوسيلة لتلبية حاجيات الأشخاص و تنفيذ سياسة الإستثمار و بسرعة و شفافية و القضاء على البيروقراطية ، مما تجعل المستثمر أكثر آمان و ينجذب إلى الإدارة لطلب مشاريع الإستثمار و نصل الى نتائج منها : خلق ثروة و خلق مناصب شغل و جلب التكنولوجيا . The law aims to make the Algerian administration more developed and keep pace with transformations and challenges, including digitization as a means to meet the needs of people and implement the investment policy quickly and transparently and eliminate bureaucracy, which makes the investor more secure and attracted to the administration to request investment projects and get results Among them: creating wealth, creating jobs, and bringing in technology.
