إلتزام المستثمر بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
يشكل تسهيل انجاز مشاريع استثمارية مبدأ دستوري باعتبار أنه يندرج ضمن الحرية الاقتصادية وعالمية تسهيل الاستثمار واحتفاظ الدولة بالدور الحارس _الأصيل _ وهو حماية الممتلكات والاشخاص والتخطيط للتنمية . كما أدرجت انجاز الاستثمار في خطة التنمية بالاستعانة بالمستثمرين بجميع صورهم أشكالهم لكن بتقييدهم بحماية البيئة والموارد الطبيعية وضمان الأجيال الحاضرة والقادمة هو ما يعبر عنه بالتنمية المستدامة . The facilitation of the completion of investment projects is a constitutional principle, as it is part of the economic freedom and the universal facilitation of investment, and the state's preservation of the original role of protecting property and people and planning for development. The present work also included the completion of investment in the development plan with the help of investors in all their forms but by restricting them to protect the environment and natural resources and ensure the present and future generations, which is expressed in sustainable development.
